I had a root canal performed by Dr. Bowers today and the entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Bowers and team made sure I was comfortable the entire time while being quick, professional, and giving a painless experience.

I called to schedule an appointment after being referred by my dentist. The person I spoke with said they do not take referrals from that dentist and if I wanted to be seen, I would need to have the same evaluation by another dentist and be referred by them. She then began to say why they do not receive referrals from my dentist and hung up. This was my only interaction with this office, and I have concerns about the lack of professionalism.

Had a root canal by Bowers. It didn't work. Your dates are wrong. My documentation says I was in your office between July 27th & 29th 2021 less than a year and paid you $1745. Less be real. I deal in truth! Not lies.

I recently went to Dr. Bowers for my very first root canal. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous! His staff was amazing and very thorough. They were great at explaining everything about the procedure ahead of time, which helped ease my anxiety. He and his assistant Amber did an incredible job and I'm so thankful that I chose them for the job. I live in Greenville, SC and it was totally worth the commute. I would completely trust them to help me with any necessary procedures in the future.

Everything was good except after I still felt something. Didn't feel like pain, just an uncomfortable feeling. When I called to see if the dentist could check it out, they wanted to charge me again. I was still paying off the bill and they wanted to charge me again? I know it was approximately 4 months after having the procedure, but would have been nice for them to check it first. Maybe the dentist missed an area that was infected and needed cleaning. If that wasn't the case than charge me, but no, it was charge me either way. I was praying that it was just a longer than normal healing process because who really wants to go back to the dentist. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Had to go to another dentist. If a patient says they're having an issue with the same tooth not very long after, what they may consider a major procedure, please ask them to come back! Just to make sure a mistake wasn't made. In my humble opinion, that's a sign that you truly care.

I couldn't not possibly recommend Dr.Bowers and his staff more ! From the beginning they helped me get in with affordable care at a very soon date . I had no idea i could get taken care of soo fast.. they showed amazing compassion and patience care while I was there. They are extremely professional and I felt I was in good hands. I am so happy they were recommend to me !

I had the lovely experience of having a cracked tooth that was very painful. I was referred to Dr Bowers by my dentist for a root canal. I was so nervous about this but he and his assistant were wonderful. The procedure was surprisingly quick , painless , and the next day I felt absolutely great. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowers and his staff.

Dr Bowers is one of the finest be Ioptometristt I've ever known. If it hadn't been for Dr Bowers my husband would have been blind when I say you see he is one of the best if not the best and he deserves a five plus plus in my book he has such a nice beautiful office and has such wonderful workers and associates from the front line to the back line they are all kind personable and very very likable and Mark Bowers is truly a family man from the pictures at the front and the way he talks about his family you know that he loves them dearly that makes him even a more special someone who talks about their family and cares and it's nice to the workers as he is then you know that he's a good good man and I thank God everyday they took care of her my husband without my husband I don't know what I would have done and I think you're getting Dr Bowers and your associates for everything they've done for us may God bless you take care of you that you should be around for a long long time to take care of other people and you deserve only the best thank you again sincerely Sandy Burke

I have never had a root canal in my life and actually have a bad nervousness with dentists and the thought of having to see an endodontist made me more afraid. All my fears were gon once speaking with Amber and having everything thoroughly explained. Dr. Marc did a PHENOMENAL job and I never felt a thing. It is an assembly line experience, fast, efficient, and well managed. The pain medication was great. I let them know my fears and they addressed them, both Dr. Bowers and Jennifer the really fantastic assistant in attendance. The best part was the caine drugs used came down slowly so I hardly noticed when I was numb-free. I was able to relax through the procedure. Sarah does a wonderful job at the front desk and everyone is quite polite and reassuring. I feel at ease in asking all the dumbest questions that I have on my mind. Thank you everyone.
