Dr. Nikki Trombetta was born and in raised in Illinois and recently moved to the Tucson area. After attending the University of Colorado and Midwestern State University for her undergraduate degree, she enrolled at the Medical University of South Carolina.After spending 3 years there, the military transferred her and her husband across the country to Arizona where she graduated from the Arizona School of Dental Oral Health.
Since earning her DMD degree, Dr. Trombetta has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education each year, investing immense amounts of time in coursework and hands-on training to become an expert in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics.

She loves bringing advanced dental care to her patients of all ages.
She has a passion for learning and believes as a dentist, it is her responsibility to stay current with every advance that takes place in the field of dentistry so that she can provide her patients with the best treatments and care available to them today.
Dr. Trombetta lives in Oro Valley with her F16 fighter pilot husband, Jack, and their three children. When she is not out saving the world from tooth decay, Dr. Trombetta enjoys working out, reading, and enjoying all the things to do in Tucson with her family.

This is truly an amazing office. My daughter had an emergency. She had broken a front tooth. Dr. Trombetta does amazing work! She's very gentle as well! Kortnie, Shelly and Kiersten at the front desk are amazing. They are very welcoming. Both hygienists Erin and Madisen are very gentle during cleanings and the information they provide is very helpful. Giselle the assistant is very joyful and it's obvious she enjoys what she does! I cannot say enough about this office. These women know exactly what they are doing and they do it well! You will not be disappointed!

I am always so nervous to go to the dentist even though it is a routine cleaning Erin does my cleaning and she is so gentle and does a wonderful job. She knows that I gag really easily when I have X-rays but she is so fast and always makes it easy for me. All the staff is friendly and nice.

Cheerful atmosphere, friendly staff. Gave a written estimate before work was done. Dr. Trombetta was professional, friendly and proficient. A great plus is that the office is beautifully decorated and clean, making a trip to the dentist more pleasant. Glad I found this place.

Alyssa (dental hygienist), Dr. Trombetta and Kortnie were all amazing! Kortnie was able to move up my appointment and was very helpful, Alyssa was friendly and so good at what she does, and Dr. Trombetta is literally the best dentist ever. She is so sweet and reassuring! I want my husband and daughter to start seeing her! All of my questions were answered and they both took their time during my cleaning and exam. I HIGHLY recommend this office

Having a great fear of dental work all my life I was hesitant to go to any dentist. My husband had gone to Marana dental for all his dental work and highly recommended them. I have to say the entire staff was AWESOME. Everyone took the time to make me comfortable and explained every thing to me. Dr. Trombetta made sure I felt no pain. I had 4 fillings, a crown and deep cleaning. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will surely go back and recommended them to everyone.

I was extremely anxious to even go to the dentist as most people are, and being in excruciating pain on top of it wasn't helping, but as soon as I walked in the door it lessened with the friendliness of the receptionists. The dental hygienist and the dentist were amazing, beyond friendly and explained everything so that I understood my options. This is now my dentist office for all of my dental needs. Love this office and it's staff!

Let me preface by saying I hate the dentist ... so much that I let a broken molar go for years before it caused me such immense pain that I could no longer let it go untreated. Dr. Trombetta and her team were amazing from start to finish! They made me feel so comfortable about the entire extraction; I didn't feel an ounce of pain! I feel like I made mountains out of molehills putting this off so long and I can't believe I lost any sleep worrying about a super simple procedure! Will definitely be back for all of my follow-up work and preventative care!

I love love love this place! I looked around, for so long, trying to find a Dentist office that provided it all; ortho, cosmetic and general. They do it all! They do it with a smile, genuine care and concern. They have been so patient with me and helpful! I highly recommend this office! They even fit me in when I screwed up my appointment time.
