I just had my first visit to Maplewood Dental Arts and it was an amazing experience! Everyone was very lovely and created a welcoming environment. I think I will definitely be liking the dentist a lot more now :)

Maplewood is a wonderful office. I am blown away with the kindness at the front desk, and the true quality of care during a cleaning and eval. I feel that I am in good hands, always. Plus, coming from the dental industry, I have a lot of respect for their fee-for-service billing. This process establishes clear patient communication and expectations, so there are no surprises. I wish all dental offices conducted their billing like this.

New Patient, had my first cleaning with Nicole, and then my first (ever) filling with Dr. Carrier. They kept me informed every step of the way and made it as enjoyable as it could be while remaining efficient and professional. 10/10

I thoroughly enjoyed this dental office, until they decided to no longer take dental insurance. I understand the frustration with insurance companies, as I don't want to deal with them either, but this is the practical world we live in.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years and I was very in need of a cleaning and visit in general. I was incredibly pleased with how polite the staff was. Nicole was the Hygienist I saw and she made the whole process super easy and as enjoyable as it could be! Easy to talk to and walked me through everything she was doing and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The room was very clean and sanitized and I left looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Maplewood for a great experience!

Had a Dentist visit today that went exceptionally well. No long time wait to be seen. Required to wear a mask before entering building. Screened to insure I did not have Covid symptoms before entering the patient area. Promptly see and for my procedure. As a patient I was warmly welcomed and felt very at ease. This vist was very thorough, proficient, and delightful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing any dental work.

It was a great experience (as great as having a filling can be!). I didn't feel a thing and they made me very comfortable the entire time. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. First visit. Impressed by how pleasant the staff was from the time I arrived until I left. The doctor explained the condition of my teeth and put a suggested treatment plan in place..no pushy sales pitch to go for the most expensive options...unlike a previous dentist had proposed. I was given options. Actually looking forward to going back.

I am extremely impressed with Maplewood Dental and how they are with my 2 and a half year old son who usually cries and gets all worked up sessy doctors appointments. Thanks to Ali he was actually smiling and laughing!! I would highly recommend this place for parents looking for a dentist for their children!

The team greeted me pleasantly and promptly. Dr. Graffam took a quick look, encouraged me to speak to Oral Sugery Associates about an extraction, and prescribed some antibiotics to tide me over till I got in to see the folks at OSA. Maplewood Dental Arts is a great place to get the care you need! I highly recommend it!! 4/22/19 I love the location: very convenient for a Gorhamite. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, and my technician, Denise, was experienced and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Graffam reviewed my dentition and made recommendations as to future visits. I highly suggest visiting MDA for your dental needs!!
