I highly recommend Mapletree Family Dentistry. The front office staff is always kind and Dr. Bang is a wonderful dentist. I appreciate how he did not pressure me into replacing my metal fillings.

My family was frustrated by the management especially insurance claim. But, the office is clean and staffs are nice.

We were referred here by someone we know. Unfortunately we left after one treatment due to poor communication with dentist and staff which led to an unexpectely high charge out of pocket for an optional service that was not discussed with me prior to treatment. Before then I was told the insurance would cover everything except a copay. Not only that, the treatment plan itself was confusing and no one knew which teeth would be treated at what time for my children. The dental service by Dr. Bang itself was fine. However, the lack of communication and lack of professional behavior from the front staff made the experience quite anxiety inducing and unpleasant. We will be looking for a different dentist.

The Dr. and his staff are the best!!!! They make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I've been going to him for a year now, no other Dr has treated me with such kindness and care. Thank you to the Doc and staff for taking care of me!!

Very friendly staff.... As soon as I walked in the staff there greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. The appointment I made was at the last minute for my 8 month son, and that was the only day I could come in due to my work schedule, they didn't hesitate to help me....I really recommend the Dr. and staff.

Fabulous Frisco Dentist. We found Dr Bang's group by chance. He assisted us through some botched work by another dentist and we've been with his group every since. His team is efficient, friendly and takes the time to get everything right. Haven't seen this level of service from a provider in years.

Dr Bang is the best dentist that I have ever seen. I put off seeing a dentist from past 4 years as I had bad experiences. He is the first one who filled in a huge cavity without any pain.

The moment I walked into the office, I knew that I'd made the right decision coming here. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Dr. Bang is very professional and skilled to treat any problems. He knows what he is doing and what the best is for you! I also bring my two kids, a teen and a younger one, they both thought it was wonderful. If you're looking for a family dentist, this is the one; they're all very helpful and they care about your well being.
