During this time he has been recognized by various professional and peer organizations for excellence in his field. Dr. Chaudhary has been nominated as one of the 'Top Dentists in America' by independent consumer agencies. He has won numerous awards from major insurance companies for providing 'Quality and Conscientious Dentistry'. He relentlessly strives for excellence in his field by regularly attending various continuing education courses.
He has a family of two children, and in his time away from the office, he thoroughly enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures and countries. When he's not spending time with his family or traveling, playing tennis and watching football take up the remaining spare time.
Having completed the Advanced General Dentistry program at Colombia University in 2008 after 23 years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Tahmasebi brings professional experience as well as the latest techniques of modern dentistry together to her patient's dental care. She has taught Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) for over 10 years and, Root Canals are the greatest field of her expertise in dentistry. Her knowledge and experience in surgical procedures allow her to perform a variety of minor surgeries in office. She also routinely attends CE programs to stay current in the field of dentistry. Dr. Tahmasebi gives the highest priority to her patient's aesthetic, health, and comfort. In her spare time, she enjoys giving the same love and care to her garden and her house.
Dr. Mai Zamakhchari is a Periodontist and a Dental Implant Surgeon. She specializes in treating diseases affecting the gums and the teeths supporting structures. In addition, she specializes in replacing missing dentition with dental implants. After receiving her Doctorate of science in Biological science (DSC) from the prestigious Boston University she obtained an advanced degree in Periodontics. Dr. Zamakhchari is a Board Certified Periodontist. She is familiar with the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques in the field of Periodontology.
Dr. Zamakhchari is a member of American Association of Periodontology, American Board of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society.
Dr. Nguyen is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned her doctorate from Medical College of Virginia before obtaining her certificate in orthodontics and her masters degree from Temple University. Over the past fourteen years, she has been providing outstanding orthodontic care as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. To stay on the cutting edge of her field, Dr. Nguyen maintains active membership in such prestigious professional organizations as the American Dental Association, American Dental Society and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.
Kimberly received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Lima Technical Collegein Lima, Ohio. She started her career working for a Periodontal Practice. Where she spent 17 years practicing Dental Hygiene and helped assist in Periodontal and Implant Surgeries. She also volunteered for the local Dental Hygiene Component in Akron, Ohio serving as Secretary, Treasurer and Trustee. Kimberly loves taking care of others while offering a stress free environment. Kimberly became a part of Mapledale Family Dentistry team in 2006.
She likes educating her patients on how they can better care for their oral health thus contributing to their overall well being. In her spare time she enjoys the beautiful Shenandoah National Park and spending time with her three daughters and husband.
Loc earned his degree in dental hygiene from Howard University in 2007, he has been providing quality dental hygiene services at Mapledale Family Dentistry ever since. Loc makes every effort to get to know his patient's dental needs individually. He strives to ensure his patients have a pleasant and stress-free visit and leave with smiley faces. Loc has two sons and besides spending his time being a dad he enjoys riding his motorcycle, attending car shows and fishing.

Gwen is a South Dakota native who relocated to Northern Virginia sixteenyears ago. While she misses the rural life, she enjoys the trees andmilder temperature here.In her spare time she loves tending toheryard, flower beds and newly placed vegetable garden.Gwen has four childrenand three granddaughters, all of whom light up her life.She has worked as the front desk coordinator atMapledale Family Dentistry since 2008. Gwens love for numbers comes extremely handy in helping patients understand their Insurance benefits!Her favorite part of the job isgetting to meet new people every day and maintaining the relationships shedevelops with the patients.
Ginger has been working as the front desk coordinator at Mapledale Family Dentistry since 2008. You will be greeted by her smiling face when you first enter our office. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and making them feel welcome. Ginger's helping and positive attitude makes her a great resource for our patients to count on. Prior to working at Mapledale Family Dentistry she was a property manager for 18 years.
Laura has been working at Mapledale Family Dentistry since 2012. She has trained and enjoyed working with all five of our doctors. Laura has enjoyed working with different doctors assisting them through a myriad of procedures. Laura loves to serve our patients to the best of her abilities and make them feel at ease. Everyday she looks forward to seeing happy smiles on our patients faces!
