My wife and I recently needed to find new dental care as our previous dentist in Federal Way moved to Texas. I Initially had an appointment with A Maple Valley clinic and had an OK experience. My wife had a dental emergency and she contacted Family Dental Care. During off hours, for a non registered patient...they arranged proper emergency care as well as organized follow up. We were so impressed, I switched my care to them when I lost a crown and needed expeditious accommodation. We are both still resolving our issues, but feel confident they are being properly and professionally handled. I know this is a long winded report, but having run a medical office for decades, routine activities are easy to handle, but how one handles unexpected and emergent issues is a powerful guide to competence. This clinic meets these standards and is even pleasant and often humorous! We have a dental home in Maple Valley....Kurt Weis

Hygienist Nicole is amazing! I had a smooth, easy cleaning today and she is friendly, gentle, thorough, and just made me super comfortable! I'm requesting her for every cleaning!

Dr. Holt has been our dentist for the past ten years. From the office staff to the hygienists it's a professional and warm environment. We definitely recommend this practice.

Maple Valley Family Dental has been our family's dentist for about 10 years now. The hygienists are so good that I can send my 5 yr old back with them and have my own cleaning done at the same time. They are very good with children. Dr. Holt is very good and even did an emergency filling while I was pregnant - the tooth next to the incisor - that another dentist had done years ago. I have had no issues with pain or fearing the dentist! Highly recommend this practice.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have horrible customer service with a bunch of angry old women at the front desk that talk to customers like they're 5 years old. They cancel appointments for people and don't let them know about it. This place needs some better staff with some manners who know some customer service. They mess up on billing and not a great place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Every experience I've had at Maple Valley Family Dental Care has been extremely pleasant! The front office staff is always friendly and I can tell that my dental health is the first priority to the rest of the dental team. I love the hygienist I see, she is so gentle and fun to talk to. Thank you for being such a comfortable place to visit!

I've had a great experience here! After having a traumatic root canal experience 7 years ago I've been hesitant to go to a dentist. When it's been so long it can be nerve wracking to go to a new place. Everyone at this practice that I have come across has been kind and very caring. My first portion of deep cleaning was uncomfortable but my hygienist always told me what she was going to do before it was done and let me know if it would be painful. She also went slow and made sure I was doing okay throughout. I had a similar experience with the dentist when getting two fillings done. He was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. He took the time to make sure my fillings were comfortable and even polished one of my teeth so it wouldn't be so sharp just because he noticed it. Given that he probably does fillings all of the time I appreciated that I was made to feel like my dental needs really mattered. I'd absolutely recommend this place for the whole family. I bring my kids here for their cleanings too.
