I am very happy with all aspects of my visits there..from the first person I speak to when I arrive to the last one I am in contact with when I leave.except for the fact that I have to pay this person ;) Between those times, I also feel that Dr. Shanahan knows his stuff and is in complete control with whatever work I need done on my teeth! Dr. Willy is awesome! My 12 year old broke the bottom half of his front teeth a couple years ago on his scooter and we had them fixed. They never looked completely natural or even. Dr. Willy took off the old (I believe a resin surface filling?) and redid them. They look amazing and you cant tell they arent his real front teeth! I absolutely hate dentists after being traumatized as a kid. Got a wisdom tooth and a broken tooth extracted here today and Dr Juluri was so gentle. When he said he was done I had to check cause he was so quick and painless! Thank you so much for making this experiencebearable!!
Theo is 3. This was his first dental exam. He was not scared. Karen showed him her tools and practiced on his fingers to make sure he had an idea of what was to come. She seemed to put him at ease. (Cartoons helpedtoo.)
I would have never thought I would change my dentist but after my daughter had braces at Maple Shade the staff impressed me. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Maple Shade. Am now a patientmyself.
Very friendly staff, very quick and efficient check in and out. But most of all I really felt comfortable with Dr. Ruffen and he did amazing work on me. Super impressed with the whole office start tofinish.

Everything was great but they're onboarding forms don't auto save so I had to start the phone over three times that could be improved. But other than that their actual service was excellent

I have been going here for years and everytime I go I always leave happy... customer service is top tier, super friendly and really seems like they love their jobs. I love shanahan, if anyone is looking for a new dentist he is the best.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I was so wary of going to the dentist due to previous experiences I've had, not here ! I felt very at ease , every effort was made for my comfort during my procedure, and they really work with your schedule when possible.

Wonderful first time experience with Karen. No pain and very thorough cleaning. She explained every step carefully so I know what to expect and gave useful pointers for after care /maintenance. I've always been apprehensive doing dental visits but not at Maple Shade. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. And yes, a sprinkling of jokes here and there takes away dental work anxiety Highly recommend!

I continue to drive 3 hr. to Maple Shade because they were there for me in an emergency years ago. It would be extremely difficult to find a more honest, competent, caring, accommodating dental office.

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. I was treated like I was the most important person in the office. Everyone was very professional and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable and like I was receiving A-One service. I will recommend Maple Shade Dental to family and friends.

The staff are very courteous, caring, professional, and proficient. My experience completing the first step toward two dental implants was much more tolerable than expected. Just got one of my three implants completed a couple days ago. Feels great and matches my current teeth nearly perfectly. Looking forward to getting my other two which are in the front. Will finally be able to smile without reluctance, and not have to worry about a temporary flipper.

I was very pleased with everything at Maple Shade as everyone was professional and made me feel at ease. Everyone was professional and helpful. I never felt rushed. Great teamwork was evident from front office staff. It is a beautiful office and very clean. I highly recommend Maple Shade in Dunlap. Nichole and the Dentist that assisted me were exceptional! They both were knowledgeable and caring. I look forward to returning for dental care in the future.

Love this dentist office. Very professional, clean, and attentive. They don't rush through your cares, they take the time to talk to you about your concerns or issues. They talk you through everything they do! Constantly making sure your ok through any procedures. Wait time is not a issue in and out in a timely manner!

I had a visit to this dentist in June of 2021. In January of 2022, I received a bill from them. This was the first bill I had received from them. It claimed that I owed them $43.63 and I paid it immediately. However, a week later, I received a notice from a debt collection agency, claiming that this bill was well past due. I have responded to the debt collection agency that the bill has been paid. Upon calling MapleShade Dental, they claimed that I had been billed in September and October of 2021. I have signed up to receive e-mails from the post office with image scans of my mail and I confirmed that a bill from MapleShade Dental was never sent to me. They also claimed that billing was handled through their billing department in Florida and they had NO contact information for this billing department. To summarize: MapleShade Dental failed to send me a bill for services received in June of 2021 until January of 2022. They then claimed, erroneously, that I failed to pay them and sent my account to a debt collector over $43.

Dr Shanhan & his staff were amazing! There had been a prior mix up with scheduling me a few months ago and I called to check in, they got me in the next week. Tonya was a lot of help along with the front desk girl too! Highly recommend this office!
