I am very happy with all aspects of my visits there..from the first person I speak to when I arrive to the last one I am in contact with when I leave.except for the fact that I have to pay this person ;) Between those times, I also feel that Dr. Shanahan knows his stuff and is in complete control with whatever work I need done on my teeth! Dr. Willy is awesome! My 12 year old broke the bottom half of his front teeth a couple years ago on his scooter and we had them fixed. They never looked completely natural or even. Dr. Willy took off the old (I believe a resin surface filling?) and redid them. They look amazing and you cant tell they arent his real front teeth! The inside back of the teeth had always bothered myson
I absolutely hate dentists after being traumatized as a kid. Got a wisdom tooth and a broken tooth extracted here today and Dr Juluri was so gentle. When he said he was done I had to check cause he was so quick and painless! Thank you so much for making this experiencebearable!!
Theo is 3. This was his first dental exam. He was not scared. Karen showed him her tools and practiced on his fingers to make sure he had an idea of what was to come. She seemed to put him at ease. (Cartoons helpedtoo.)
I would have never thought I would change my dentist but after my daughter had braces at Maple Shade the staff impressed me. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Maple Shade. Am now a patientmyself.
Very friendly staff, very quick and efficient check in and out. But most of all I really felt comfortable with Dr. Ruffen and he did amazing work on me. Super impressed with the whole office start tofinish.

Dentist office has the sweetest assistants aswell asknowledgeable and skilled dentists. Not as cheap as secure dental but there's a reason I don't go there anymore. My experience at maple shade makes me want to go back to finish the rest of my dental work I need done!

I immediately felt welcome when I walked in. The tech (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name ) and Dr. Morgan Shanahan were so warm, friendly, obviously very knowledgeable and honest. As it had been a couple years since I'd been to a dentist I fully expected to hear I had some cavities, they could have told me 5 - I was shocked to hear I had none! I know I'll be in great hands!

Maple Shade is hands down the best dentist I have found in the area! Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienist, and Dr. went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The hygienist did an AMAZING job on my deep cleaning. She listened to my concerns of having had a bad experience at another dentist that had caused me a lot of pain and made sure I was adequately numbed for the cleanings. She continuously checked on me during the cleaning making sure I was still comfortable. After receiving such amazing service here, I will never go to another dentist. They also did an amazing job with my children's cleanings. The receptionist actually called me a few weeks before their appointments to see if we wanted their cleanings and exam all done on the same day so they wouldn't need to come back a second time, which I was so happy for because it meant less work missed for me. I will recommend Maple Shade to everyone that's looking for a dentist in the area!

I was given an appointment on short-notice. Maple Shade tries it's best to accommodate me when I need to address any issue that arises. I highly recommend Maple Shade Dentistry.

The care here is excellent I was never made to feel bad about the horrible state my teeth were in. Every staff member I have been in contact with went above and beyond I felt they genuinely cared about their patients and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I think they charge a little above average but I was willing to pay the extra because they are so good. Thank you so much

I recently started going here and from the jump this staff and Doctors have gone above and beyond my expectations. They truly make you feel welcome and like you can TRUST them. Dr. Melchor actually called me personally and answered all my questions and more for about 15-20 minutes and got me in the next day just to make sure I was alright. All the way down the line great! assistants (Sara(h)?) front desk personnel (Christine) and I think the hygienist (Tyler) either way he is awesome too! lol Thank you guys!

Billing practices are, to put it mildly, misleading and very deceitful. Don't count on any of their "estimates" to be close to what your insurance actually covers, even though they print the specific code they would supposedly submit to insurance with a price that apparently is just made up as it's not actually an amount returned from your insurance. But as the "office manager" apathetically informed me, patients should understand their insurance coverage. As an owner, I would be ashamed of these borderline negligent billing practices. I will do my absolute best to discourage everyone from visiting this office.

Highly recommend this practice to anyone searching to become established! From the moment I entered, I was treated like a long standing patient. The office was extremely friendly, professional, and compassionate. Dr Melchor listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough with my options for the duration of my appointments. He followed up with a phone call to personally monitor my pain level after an office procedure and encouraged me to reach out with any issues/concerns thereafter. He genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients and their individual needs! My entire family will be establishing shortly. Again, I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! Highly recommend.
