I cannot say enough about how great the staff is and how patient they are with me I suffered from a brain injury 7 years ago so I have a hard time following just simple things you know I get a little lost but they're very very patient and it makes me feel better as knowing I'm going to get good care I will be so excited to put my beautiful new smile on my Facebook cover after they get everything done I would highly highly recommend this dentist in his office exceptional work

They accepted an appointment for a child with tooth pain. Then diagnosed a cavity and referred me to a pediatric dentist. Frustrated that they didnt just tell me they dont do kids.

Very disappointed in the new staff at Maple Ridge dental, they don't really care about their patients. I scheduled an appointment about 6 months ago, I received a text message last week reminding of the appointment. I cancelled a very important meeting in order to be at the appointment today. I showed up and they told me that my name was not in their system as having an appointment today. The front desk staff did not even bother to apologize for the mishap. No one had the courtesy to say sorry for the mistake nor show any understanding for my frustration. I an switching dentist as of today and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Scheduled an emergency visit with less than two hours of notice. Was seen promptly upon arriving, a wonderful dents assistant collected my info and took x rays, with the doctor coming in very soon after. Had a tooth pulled, was given instructions and an antibiotic. All in all took a little over an hour. Clean facility, pleasant staff, pricing was reasonable, 10/10 will only go here from now on.

Worst experience I've ever had with any dental or medical provider. They have switched office staff multiple times at the end of 2021 and in 2022. They've lost my insurance 2-3x and then send a huge bill to the wrong address and the wrong person. I called so many times to get this situation fixed. It's still going to the wrong address. I finally spoke with a manager to get the correct insurance information on file. I gave them another chance. Went in for my appointment they had no record of me having an appointment. I told them over the phone it was for a wisdom tooth and that they may need to refer me to a surgeon. The note should have said that already. I drive back up there for the next appointment and the assistant and dentist could hardly take and X-ray and ultimately ended up telling me they can't do anything. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to ever come here!!

I showed early up a month ago for my scheduled first appointment. Wanted teeth cleaning. Was informed the dentist didn't have enough time and could only take x-rays of my mouth. That is required before any other work could be performed. But I could reschedule a month later to get my teeth cleaned and also my mandatory x-rays. I found another dental office more accommodating and organized. I never came back but still got this review to submit

The dentist is not my favorite place to go but I just had my first visit with the new dentist and I couldn't be happier. My hygienist was fantastic too.

I went in on Monday with a tooth emergency and they were very nice. I was scheduled for an extraction on Thursday at1:00 at which time the receptionist who made the 1:00 appointment told me the appointment was for 8:00 AM. SHE gave me a choice between 8 and 1:00. I clearly said 1:00. VERY poor service from this receptionist. I will not go back there nor recommend their services to anyone. She was rude and very unprofessional.

They had a sudden change in policy, NOT family friendly. My quiet child was in a stroller and I was ready to keep him entertained while getting my teeth cleaned. I have had him with me before at this office during a cleaning and there was not an issue, today they let me walk around the lobby for 15 minutes to tell me they have a new policy change that does not allow children. I understand the aerosol "risk" however having a quiet well behaved kid next to me is no different than if he was getting his teeth cleaned while I sit next to him as his parent. They also brushed off my discomfort the last time i came in (my child was with me at this appointment too) just because the xray didnt show anything. Xrays do not indicate pain, only cavities. I will not be returning to this office.
