Dr. Jennifer Chang Sullivan is a Board-Certified Periodontist, practicing a full scope in the specialty includingadvanced implant procedures and laser- assisted periodontal therapy. She keeps up with the latest state of the art dental technology to provide her patients the best care possible. Periodontics has been a passion for Dr. Sullivan since early in her dental career. She completed her dental education at New York University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and obtained the American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Awards for Achievement in Periodontology. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society, an organization that represents the highest achievements in dental scholarship, professionalism, and ethics. Dr. Sullivan obtained her Periodontology Certificate and Master of Science Degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Dentistry at Houston, Texas. She served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Advanced Education Program in Periodontology at both University of Texas and University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Spear Dental continuing education club, International Team of Implantology (ITI), and the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP).
Dr. LaBelle completed her BA degree at Northwestern University, Chicago, IL before attending the University of Minnesota for her dental degree. After working two years in a general dental practice, Dr. LaBelle returned to the University of Minnesota to pursue her masters degree in periodontics, an additional 3 year course of study in the specialty of Periodontics. As part of her commitment to her patients to continually deliver excellence in both Periodontics and patient care, Dr. LaBelle frequently attends courses and meetings to further her knowledge, most recently completing an Advanced Implant Surgical Course, at the Misch Institute, as well as completing an Oral Conscious Sedation course through DOCS education. Dr. LaBelle is committed to continuing education and regularly attends educational courses to ensure you receive the most current, applicable periodontal treatment.
Dr. LaBelle was raised in Golden Valley, Minnesota and now lives in Hopkins, Minnesota with her husband Peter Lavanger and three children, Anna, Julia, and Matthew, as well as two Labrador retrievers, Ole and Lena. Dr. LaBelle enjoys spending time with her family, biking, nordic and downhill skiing, golfing, reading, and generally enjoying all the good things Minnesota has to offer.
Dr. LaBelle is devoted to restoring your dental health using state of the art techniques in both non surgical and surgical Periodontics that will result in healthy long lasting smiles. She is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality of periodontal care while she and her team work to strengthen relationships with each patient.

Jackie Graduated from Rochester Community and Technical College in 2008 with AAS in Dental Hygiene. She then pursued her Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis in dental hygiene through Mankato State University. Jackie started with Maple Grove Periodontics in June 2020. Jackie has a diverse background in the dental field and has a lot to offer our patients. She's worked in group and private office settings, in rural and metropolitan areas. In addition, she's experienced in treating advanced periodontal conditions by being a perio hygienist for over 7 years. She also taught dental hygiene students at Herzing University before having children. Jackie is passionate about oral health, kind and enthusiastic! She has two children, son Jack (7) and daughter Nori (6). In her spare time she enjoys riding horses, camping, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

From someone that has issues with Dentists for as long as I can remember, I can not thank Dr Sullivan and her staff enough! Having teeth issues and always finding a reason to NOT take care of them...put them off...She and her amazing staff have changed my life! Truly, every step since being referred here has been so much better than my mind would have ever thought possible. from the booking, explaining the procedure (a deep cleaning and some more fancy words), the financial conversation (just explaining the bill, but still), the human interaction and the general feel of everyone in this office. All so far above what I was expecting! Wish I would have experienced these people 30 years ago! I really am smiling as I write this, and I haven't had a smile I've been proud of for far too long! Phobias are real! Getting over them, working through them, is easier when you have professional, caring people to help! Again, thank you!

Highly recommended group of professionals. I had some laser surgery and a bone graft in Sept with very good results. I get extremely nervous about most visits to the dentist but feel very comfortable here. Audrey who cleaned my teeth at my last visit was so kind, and tried some different things and techniques to help me be more comfortable. Dr. Labelle is excellent & her calm energy is very comforting to anyone who might be nervous about their visit, procedure etc. Thank you!

I had many interactions with the office staff before I ever saw Dr. Labelle. Pure professionalism and a genuine need to want to help you is always how I felt I was treated. When I finally had my consult, I realized this is very likely a clinic entirely run by female staff. It was FANTASTIC! My first impression of Dr. Labelle was courteous, curious and professional. As expected. In a nutshell. I chose her to do my skin grafts. Which turned out really well. Also, an occlusal on my lower front teeth. Insurance didn't cover it, but it was THE BEST $300 some odd dollars I ever spent! I never knew I could experience such profound relief with such a minor adjustment! She is clearly the best at what she does. If I need any further work, I'm checking with Dr. Labelle first!

Great experience with Dr. Labelle. I highly recommend and trust her. She did a great job explaining my condition, the results to expect and the procedure and after-care. Her staff was also very courteous and knowledgeable. As a bonus, they even asked me what music I wanted to listen to as they performed the procedure--over the top!
