Cindy has been working in the Dental field since 1997. When not in the office, Cindy can be found in the kitchen cooking and baking delicious treats. Cindys grandson is often the first to say Love is Nonnas secret ingredient. Cindy has a passion for traveling. Between traveling to see her daughter in Colorado, vacationing in Florida or having fun in Las Vegas, Cindy enjoys visiting new places, trying new local cuisine and spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 2019 from SUNY Erie Community College. She has an Associates Degree in General Studies and a certificate in Dental Assisting. Jessica is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable while in our office and finds great importance in patient education. She enjoys educating her patients on the connection between with oral cavity and systemic health, helping patients take greater control of their overall health. Jessica grew up in Cheektowaga with her parents, older sister, and 10 year old German Shepherd, Duke. Jessica currently resides in Clarence with her boyfriend, Cody. She has a love for all animals, especially dogs, and enjoys all things outdoors, painting and going to the gym.
After practicing dental assisting for five years, Emily decided to continue her education and passion for dentistry by obtaining her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Prior to furthering her career in dentistry, Emily graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2014 with her Bachelors degree in Communications and Social Interaction. By applying her studies in our office she strives to create and maintain lasting relationships with her patients while reducing their dental fears. Her goal is to provide thorough healthcare in a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. A native Western New Yorker when she isnt practicing dental hygiene, Emily enjoys running, camping and rooting for the Bills and Sabres. She is a firm believer that this is our year.
Mira is Dr. Jackies mother and since retiring from her 40 year career with Rich Products has decided to keep busy by helping the doctor and the office with any extra tasks. You can find Mira in the gardens watering and weeding and keeping everything looking beautiful. So be sure to stop and smell the flowers at your next summer visit. When not at the office or babysitting Dr. Jackies two children, Mira loves to golf with her husband, Norm, bowl, and travel to visit her son and his family in Utah.

Dr. Jackie, Stef, and all the staff at Maple Glen are kind and considerate. The care is excellent. I have had many different treatments with great success. This is the best dental experience I have had in a long time. Thank you.

I have always been scared of the dentist, and had absolutely awful experiences, then a client of mine referred me to Dr. Jackie. Her staff is wonderful, especially Stephanie, and I just love Dr. Jackie, I feel comfortable for the first time, I don't feel judged, and I actually like going to the dentist now! I highly recommend maple Glen!!

This office took every precaution prior to administering novocaine. I never had a dentist office take my BP but thanks to this practice, they saved me from cardiac arrest. Also, the staff is amazing and the office itself has a very relaxing atmosphere

I was referred to this practice after a very unpleasant experience with another Dental group. Maple Glen set aside 90 minutes for my first visit. My concerns were patiently heard and addressed. My exam was extremely comprehensive using up-to-date technology. The hygienist (Emily) coordinated a treatment plan with Dr. Jackie and both were available to discuss priorities. The Office Manager (Lauramarie) met with me privately with a well documented insurance overview and financial obligations. She then offered to set up my first few visits, but only after we mutually agreed to the treatment plan. At no time did I feel pressured. My first procedure started the next day, and I had no discomfort. I am over the moon impressed with this entire group and highly recommend Dr. Jackie and her team.

Dr. Jackie and her staff of professionals are by far the best in the business. I enjoy coming to the dentist because everyone is so friendly and helpful. They work with you if you need financial support and help you to save money with their expertise. If you are in the market for a new Dentist, this is the place! Beautiful office space that you practically feel like you are at home.

Just moved to the area and heard great things about Dr. Jackie. They werent wrong. The office is easy to get to, plenty of parking, easy adherence to covid protocols. But the office itself is super comfortable and welcoming. First appointment was very thorough, including cancer screening and take home fluoride treatment. Seems I need 3 crowns but I could easily see the issues so not unexpected. They provided an upfront quote and pricing was very reasonable. Everyone was helpful, caring, and obviously intent on providing a high level of comfortable, quality dental care. Would highly recommend.

I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Jackie and Maple Glen dentistry and have been very happy with my appointments and treatment. The office runs very efficiently. All of my appointments have been on time, which is very much appreciated. The staff are welcoming and pleasant and do a good job explaining what they are doing or have found. I've been very pleased with Dr. Jackie's work. Like her staff and office, she works efficiently but takes the time to make sure that you are happy with the outcome prior to completion.

This is my daughters acct but I had some dental work done at maple glen today. I was well cared for , the work was done well, I didn't feel any pain and when I went home and the novocaine wore off everything was fine , my bite is comfortable and I was able to eat a nice dinner. Thank you Dr Jackie and Miss Stephanie for the excellent work and the TLC. -Darlene Albert

This dental office was like none other I've been to before. The office was beautiful. The large windows allowed natural light in which gives you a very calming feeling as soon as you enter. The staff was friendly, outgoing, personable and knowledgeable. They walked me through each step of my first visit explaining the why for everything as well as allowing me to see the photos after they were taken on a tv comfortably located in front of me. Dr Jackie was quick, yet thorough. I feel very comfortable and secure knowing that my dental health is well taken care of. I will be back in 6 months and highly recommend!

I highly recommended Dr. Jackie and her associates for anyone who is isn't a fan of going to the dentist! They are gentle and nonjudgmental and have realistic expectations about people who will not give up drinking coffee. As someone who is not a stranger to having a few cavities in her lifetime, I will say that when I had to get a cavity filled recently, it was the quickest, most pain free, and (if one can even say) enjoyable cavity filling I've ever had! No one should be hesitant to make an appointment for a check up at Maple Glen!

When I broke my front teeth in a car accident I was really upset. I didn't know if I would be able to ever get "my smile back" or end up with mismatched chicklets. I have anxiety and was really worried. From the first moment, in the building, Cindy made me feel comfortable and welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. Stephanie is beyond knowledgeable and never made me feel embarrassed about my broken smile-. Dr Jackie treats every patient as though you are one of her own family members. she decided a veneer was the best option for me. Where another doctor would have done an implant charging me for an extraction and prolonging the process- Dr Jackie put my well-being first. She and her staff have my loyalty. Laura Marie was transparent throughout the entire process and worked on making sure my insurance company approved all the work so I didn't have to worry about delays or big balances or having to file claims on my own in the past you can tell when office staff dosent know what is going on and that isn't the case here. My husband travels for his job and Jessica had to scale his gums to get him back into a healthy state and he didn't have any bleeding or cuts she was gentle but effective. He now goes back to the dentist regularly for his cleanings bc they re-educated him. Emily suggested a water pick and showed him how to use it and now he hasn't had any issues in years with his mouth and no cavities!. Re-Education without embarrassment. These ladies are a class act.

Absolutely love Maple Glen Dentistry!! Dr Jackie and staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. My youngest son never had good experiences with dentists in the past and by switching here, the hygienist's made that anxiety disappear. Highly recommend
