Dr. Jonathan Bultema is a native of Fargo, ND. He received his Bachelor of Science from NDSU. Following this, he attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, CA where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Bultema served in the US Navy as a Dental Officer in Kaneohe Bay, HI and Corpus Christi and Kingsville, TX. He has spent the last few years serving the dental needs of his local communities of Fargo/Moorhead at a Community Health Center.
Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. In the summers, his family is busy swimming, boating, insect collecting, and gardening. He also enjoys hunting, motorcycling, his kids school activities, and snow skiing. A year round favorite activity is Lego building.

Excellent care....dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr. Bultema is professional, very easy to understand and an exceptional dentist. Maple Family Dental cares about you and your teeth. I was so happy to finally get a dentist that gets it...they have a tv screen on the ceiling where you can listen to music you enjoy or watch a show. I'm so glad I found them close to the Fargo area (Horace).

My son was very anxious about going to the dentist, he was begging me not to take him for his cleaning. They were so awesome with him, and before we left, he asked how soon he could come back again. Everyone was absolutely wonderful!

Lisa and Dr. Bultema were great. Lisa adjusted her schedule to do a cleaning when I was only scheduled for X-rays. Above and beyond...thanks!

MFD is great to go to! Their staff is always helpful with any questions and Dr Bultema is a nice and caring dentist. His professionalism and ability to repair anything that needs attention is fantastic! Also, MFD takes more than one dental plan! This is huge if you have multiple plans through spouses or partners. Thank you, MFD!

Maple Family Dental is the BEST! The modern office is bright, cheery & clean. A fantastic kids playroom with video arcade game for older children. Dr Bultema & his staff are professional, personable & knowledgeable. Preventive care, regular check-ups, tooth repair & tooth implants are services I've received. Going to the dentist here is a positive experience!

We do all of our dental work with Maple Family Dental. It's nice that they have a kids area so I can bring everyone in together and do our cleanings and checkups in the same time frame. The staff is so easy to work with! They do a great job explaining any extra work that needs to be done or any areas that need extra attention. We have been going to Maple Family for 5 years already and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
