Shady practice she charges the insurance for Dr exam she does not do Doctor does everything and always a conflict in scheduling Don't go there they're not transparent

Best Dental clinic that I have ever dealt with and I intend to continue being their patient. Dr Rabban gives me so much of her time to take good care of my teeth and solve all my problems and pain. She is an excellent Doctor.all Her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting to get it in short and fast, I recommend seeing her and you will be very satisfied.

When science is combined with art, the result will certainly be amazing, especially when it is under the supervision of a creative doctor like Dr. Rana Rabban and her amazing staff. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... would highly recommend to anyone!!!

My maple dental art visits have been some of the greatest dentist experiences I've ever had in my life. Friendly staff and thorough cleanings. My son has a medicaid dental plan (he's a student). This practice was listed as a Blue Cross Complete provider. When called, they confirmed that and an appointment for a check up and a cleaning was made. Two cavities were found and at this point he was informed he would have to pay out of pocket for those procedures, at a cost of $400. He came away with the impression that his insurance did not cover fillings, which is not the case. Medicaid does. The limited scope of services they accepted medicaid for should have been provided upfront, so an informed decision could be made before starting with them.. When questioned in a follow up phone call, they said medicaid doesn't pay them enough for those procedures. How many people, thinking medicaid doesn't cover any real dental work, would have gone ahead and paid the $400. Seemed to be a bait and switch. While you may not be a medicaid patient, be aware that this incident may reflect their overall integrity.

I've been coming here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Dr.Rabban is gentle and explains everything she will do in detail. The support staff is wonderful- very kind and helpful. They also communicate clearly about the costs involved. Definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a good dentist.

Another dentist more concerned with $$$ than patients. After going to her for a long while she stops taking our insurance. Probably not enough $$ to make her happy.

Very professional, excellent quality of care, superb adherence to COVID-19 protocols and friendly efficient support staff. I'll definitely return and refer family and friends. So glad to find a clean, modern and trustworthy dentist in the neighborhood!
