These guys are the best in the business .. Danna will *not* let you forget your appointment .. and take my advice, don't try and hide .. like Liam Neeson, she WILL find you!!! Gary has a great team assembled.. they are professional and friendly. Carrie has been routinely cleaning my teeth for 30 years.. she's gentle, quick and gets the job done. Kelly is my wife's favorite, I heard she's good .. I met Dr. Silvertooth today who introduced himself after my cleaning .. a super nice guy with amazing teeth. As I was paying for services, with a smile Dee Ann put up with my rudeness as I took a phone call.. anyway, that should give you a walkthrough of a typical visit .. I love these guys!

The staff is extremely courteous and upbeat. They are friendly and helpful and treat patients with respect. They also listen to problems you may be experiencing and try to help pinpoint the problems. They seem to try their best to offer solutions to try prior to just suggesting major unnecessary work to be performed.

Dr.Mapes was so good to work with my immediate needs. Carrie was so good as a hygienist and has an infectious laugh. Everyone was so kind and worked to help me!!!

Office staff very kind and informative. Dr. Mapes is excellent. Compassionate and caring. Very professional and explains everything thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone. Kelly was patient, caring and excellent also. Love these people. 10/10.

Very pleased with initial visit. Everyone was truly friendly and helpful. Dr. Silvertooth took time with me explaining my many problems and options. Appreciate most all who are there have been there awhile. I left with complete confidence regarding my care and comfort. I do not like going to the dentist but the reception we received and understanding regarding my phobia and my dental needs was highly encouraging.

I received phenomenal care by who I feel are the best. Dr Mapes and Dr Silvertooth both explained every step of the procedure to the "T" and the options I had. Kelly is so sweet and caring too! I will be back!

I miss getting to see Gary when I go in, but the new staff are very friendly. And Carrie is like family. We just talk and talk and before you know it, she's done. My favorite dentist office ever.

I had severe pain and they got me in the same day. After x-rays and other testing Dr Johnston said there was no infection and noted the bite was creating more pressure when I chewed that was likely causing the pain. He took a little off the crown and said the pain should resolve in a couple days. There was immediate relief with some pain and the next day was so much better . Very friendly and caring. I have been going to This office for years and have always received the best of care.

Carrie cleaned my teeth & was absolutely wonderful! She did a thorough job & I was comfortable the whole time. The whole staff was super friendly, I also highly recommend Dr. Johnston :) best dentist office in Longview!

Very satisfied with the service we received from the time with checked in till the time we checked out! She was very careful with my 11 year old daughter and mad her feel very comfortable. The doctor is very nice and understanding! We will definitely be bringing our whole family together here!

We found Mapes Dental while looking for a new dentist for our family, and I could not be happier. Everyone is so wonderful, they took excellent care of my kids teeth and my teeth. We would absolutely recommend this business.
