Dr. Manzella was born in Fredonia, NY. He graduated with a degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo. He then spent four years at the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his DDS. Dr. M. stayed at UB to complete his specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and was awarded the William W. Feagans Clinical Postgraduate Scholarship. The extra three years of specialty training allow Dr. Manzella to call himself an orthodontist (Fun Fact: only 6% of dentists are orthodontists). Throughout his career, Dr. M. has published numerous articles in prominent dental and orthodontic journals. See the list of publications below!
First of all, Dr. Manzella is a family man. He has an amazing wife, Noelle, two beautiful daughters, Penelope and Lucy, and two bossy rescue dogs, Zelda and Leif Erikson. Hes not your typical doctor. It wouldnt be unusual for Dr. M. to show up to the office with a tear in his dress shirt because he was doing some electric work or demo-ing his kitchen. He runs marathons, makes wine, volunteers for the Paws for Love therapy dog program, plays tennis, and loves the Buffalo Bills!

Orthodontics has always fascinated Kim. Her journey in the orthodontic world has been one of the most rewarding things in her life so far! She absolutely loves seeing the before and after smiles throughout treatment. She may love what she does, but she also loves building relationships with her patients. They are the reason she is still smiling at the end of the day- which makes her job one of the best jobs out there Family is super important to Kim. Her husband and two children love playing games, laughing, and joking around. In her free time, Kim enjoys playing guitar and singing. Whenever youre in the office and hear humming or singing, its probably Kim!

Zelda is an SPCA certified therapy dog through the Paws for Love program and would like to meet you, if thats okay with you of course. Zelda loves laying in the sun, chasing tennis balls, and wrestling with her brother, Leif. She is allergic to most foods and doggie treats, so please dont try to feed her, although she may try to trick you into giving her something! We love her so much and that is why she is the inspiration behind our logo!
This is a family practice. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave smiling, we want to make sure you feel as if you are part of the MO family. We wouldnt charge our family members extra for getting ceramic brackets or Invisalign, so why would we do that to you? We never have, and we never will.
