Talk about blindsided, Dr. Taha no longer practices here. Was never notified that she was leaving the practice and Dr Rubis was taking over. All the appointments that were made for Thursday are no longer valid as that's when Dr. Rubis is the office. So this make things a pain with sports and practice that we have already cleared with the coaches as well as work. There was not even and interduction or hey look at the new doctor this is what he had to offer.

I wasn't happy with my dentist. She completely ignored that part of my tooth was loose, and told me it couldn't be saved. But the root canal doctor told me, there's nothing wrong with the tooth.

I spent about $2500 at Manus and can not get a call back from them for many months now. They have had my crown since May (I just found out a few weeks ago). They simply will not return phone calls. I have been walking around without even a temp crown for several months. Voicemail after voicemail, even spoke to someone and she said someone else would call me back. Didn't happened, more voicemails.... Very unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude when I have spoke to them in the beginning. I would avoid using them. If you use them, do NOT pay until they complete services or they will ghost you on the remaining services/products. Hopefully their corp office reads this review and they stop holding my paid for, 10 times over, crown hostage!! And refund the $ for the work they haven't done!

I was contacted by the office for an earlier appointment and was able to bring my daughter in sooner for tooth pain. Everyone was very kind. We did not wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. The staff all explained things to me and my daughter. It was a great experience.

Stressful- There was a lot of people but the place seems very understaffed. My filling doesn't have enough filling in it so there is an unevenness. People were really new and seemed confused and asked multiple times for info that was not going to be given.

Stay away from this facility, very, very bad customer service. The manager and the staff don't care. I called today and talked to Leila she was very rude, poor customer service. I want to know my bill I left so many. message no one is responding to me, then I asked for the manager and she hang up the phone on me. Very poor customer service. They rip you off.

Had pain in a couple teeth they couldn't find anything wrong with the tooth that hurt, first time there, so I don't think they cared too much. One girl was nice. Lela. Yeah I'll call you to get an automated line

Dr. Was fabulous..the receptionist was amazing.. the x ray person had the personality of a thumb tack.. love the dr.. she gave me options instead of telling me what to do.. great experience... feel great about my decision to make them my dental care peeps
