If you have children, please ask us about the special days we have set aside to introduce our youngest new patients to our office. We invite children and their parents to tour the entire office and begin to learn about caring for their teeth and visiting the dentist. We never forget that your overall health is closely tied to the health of your teeth and gums. When we offer preventative care, we will always examine your teeth to inspect for any problems that could affect your overall health. Gum disease can, if it is allowed to progress, impair your overall immunity and even affect the health of your heart or your unborn child. We also examine your gums, mouth, and face for any warning signs of cancer so it can be eliminated quickly. Our role in preserving the overall health of our patients is very important to us.

Dr. Mantis is a pros pro. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and articulate. The whole staff is equally impressive. The office is crystal clean and whole practice is top notch. I was particular impressed by Dr. Mantis passion for my health and understanding. I will never go to another Dentist as long as I live on the north shore.

Dr. Mantis accepted me as a new patient while I called driving away from another dentist in Lake Forest who told me he couldn't help me. I had received a poorly matched crown on my front tooth from another dentist in Maine. Two weeks later, and with the assistance of his team members calling my insurance, Dr. Mantis got started right away in the morning creating my new tooth: as is normal, the first time the tooth came out from 'the cooker,' it wasn't a great match: he and I agreed we should try the next shade. 40 minutes late the team sent me out the door with a beautiful, affordable new front tooth. My old smiley personality is re-emerging as I do not feel like I need to keep my lips closed. The experience has made such a huge impact on my life. I am relocating to Manhattan for a job this summer and feel ready to start beautifully with my smile returned! So grateful for the process start to finish. Highly recommend.

My entire experience with Dr Mantis, Sam, and Deb was amazing, and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They were kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process.

Met with Dr. Mantis today (09/08/21) @ 11AM for a free consultation specifically scheduled to hear his advice. No consultation, only request to do XR for $100 and a statement that without XR any consultation is illegal. Wasting of time.

I tell everybody about how much I love having Dino as my dentist, and I'm certain people are tired of hearing about how great he is! I had an infection in my wisdom teeth a few months ago, and needed an appointment ASAP. The only days I had available were on a weekend when the office was closed, and Dino opened the office up just for me! He extracted all four of my wisdom teeth within 45 minutes (including the time we waited for the painkillers to kick in...and he didn't even need to use laughing gas!). I always look forward to my dentist appointments because the entire staff treats me like family, AND I like him so much that I've been coming to his office for my entire life. 12/10 would recommend!

My brother-in-law, who is a dentist practicing in a different state, recommended Dr. Mantis after I moved to Chicago. He knows Dr. Mantis through an advanced dental program where they both regularly advance their skills. I'm so glad to have gotten this recommendation. Originally I had begun seeing a dentist who was closer to where I live, but I was disappointed with the quality of care. (The dentist regularly missed some tooth wear that my brother-in-law had pointed out to me). So I switched to Dr. Mantis and am impressed by the quality of the care. He has invested a lot in terms of advanced technology and methods. I had my first crown installed recently, and it was done in two hours. Dr. Mantis has a 3D scanner and a machine that makes crowns on site, without having to use a temporary crown and wait for the permanent crown to be created elsewhere. Very impressed with this dental practice!

When we moved to the North shore from the city last year, I began my search for a good dentist in the area. I tried a few dentists before finding Mantis dentistry. Dr. Mantis is really good at what he does! He's knowledgeable, and uses technology to make his patients lives easier. Never had I had a dentist before, where I could walk out of the office with a crown in one sitting. Deb at the front desk is pretty awesome too, and makes you feel like family even as a new patient. Very glad I found Mantis Dentistry!

Love Dr. Mantis Dentistry! Every time My family and I walk into the office everyone is super nice, friendly, and helpful. They all take the time to answer questions, and make you feel comfortable. The practice is an hour away from where we live, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. When we go in for our family check ups it's like getting together with good friends. Makes dental visits much less stressful and something to look forward too.

I've been going to Dr Mantis for my regular cleanings since I was 5, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Mantis and his staff are all very warm, kind and welcoming. Cleanings are always painless and quick. Dr. Mantis also is great at keeping up with latest in cutting edge dentistry and new technology, like blue light treatments that removed chronic canker sores. I would recommend Dr Mantis to anyone not satisfied with their current dentist or in need of dentist!

Caring, personal and professional staff and very clean modern office. Dr. Mantis invests in and learns how to use the latest technology that assists in diagnosis and repair. The result - less discomfort during visits and quicker treatments. I wouldn't consider going anyplace else.

I went in to see Dr. Mantis to recement a front crown that became loose and to make plan for some implants that I need. From the moment I called to make a appointment to when I left the office everybody was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Mantis explained to me that I will need braces first to get all my teeth aligned before we do any implants. I told him that I want a perfect smile and he told me step by step what I need and what it takes to get there. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and he obviously knew what he was talking about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dentist.

I've been seeing Dino for years. The staff are always friendly, the office and rooms are comfortable, they invest in the latest technology (just got my "no touch" X-rays recently with none of those painful inserts to chomp on), and when I've needed fillings and crowns I can count on Dino's hands to leave my teeth and bite feeling just right.
