Wow! This place is the whole package - great orthodontia care, helpful and friendly staff, and that welcoming, architecturally spectacular building! We are town for the summer and had a bit of a braces-emergency. Dr. Mantel and her team easily solved the problem. IF we lived here year-round this would, without question, be our choice practice. I could not be happier with the treatment my daughters have had at this office. The entire staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mantel took the time to answer any and all questions myself or my daughters had about their treatment, timeline etc. anytime we were in the office. Mantel also comes highly recommended by local, respected dentists. I did my research when it was time for my oldest to get braces and I'm so glad we chose Dr. Mantel.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mantel and her staff. Everyone at the office is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Mantel is very thorough in her work, and great when working with her patients. They offer many incentive programs to help kids take care of their braces, which has been very motivating for my son. I highly recommend Mantel Orthodontics!

Dr. Mantel was very helpful in our initial appointment and recommended we see an ENT and start orofacial myofunctional Therapy before starting orthodontics. These are things I was not aware my son needed help with and I was very thankful!

I wish I could give it 0 stars; I wish I didn't have to put my child through Mantel's service and undo it all instead. The majority of the staff are incredibly lovely, shocking compared to Dr. Mantel's attitude. My son HATED every day when he had to go in and deal with her. Sure, his braces were painful, and initially, I sided with Mantel, but the longer we spent with her, the worse it got, almost as if the less you still had to pay, the meaner she became. Her bedside manners were beyond disappointing, and she was borderline cruel to my son. Not only was it just how rude she was, but her medical advice also was horrific; after just one month of attempting to bring his k-9 down with little movement, she made the "wise" decision of informing me I needed to take him to get the tooth pulled; that's right, get an adult tooth pulled, with one month of correction with braces. The most hilarious part of the entire experience, when I was there, they had a currency called Mantel moolah where they would reward the children if they did a good job managing their dental hygiene, all good, the kicker was, they would give free points away if the children gave the website a good review. Such a disappointing place they had to bait their younger customers into giving them a good review. I even had to use a separate Google account to prevent harassment from the staff after I posted this. I would not be surprised if they attempted to take down this review as soon as it comes up. Only a good place if you enjoy watching your child suffer and spending exuberant amounts of money.

As a referring general dentist, I have a very unique perspective of orthodontic treatment. I get the chance to see my patient before, during, and after their orthodontic experience. My experience in referring my patients to Dr. Mantel has always been positive. She and her staff communicate clearly to us treatment goals and any work our office needs to complete while our patients are in active treatment. What makes a huge difference to me is that she places emphasis on maintaining oral hygiene throughout treatment. When I see her patients on recall exams, they generally have excellent hygiene and rarely need to be seen for subsequent treatment after their braces are removed. Motivating kids and teenagers to take better care of their teeth is no small feat, and I commend Dr. Mantel and her team for being able to do this effectively. I also commend Dr. Mantel's leadership throughout the entire Covid-19 pandemic. Her office was one of the first offices in the areas to close at the start. Choosing to prioritize the health and safety of patients over profits is an integrity move. I believe that her example of leadership took a great deal of courage and helped motivate other businesses in the area to do the same. I commend their continued efforts to keep their office a safe place to visit. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with, and for taking such great care of our patients!

Dr. Mantel is the best orthodontist in town! She is so gentle, thorough, and best of all she is dedicated to orthodontic excellence and making her patients happy. Also, what a beautiful office! I wouldn't consider anyone else for my children or adult tooth aligning needs. Thank you so much for all that you and your delightful staff do for your patients!

I am impressed with Dr. Mantel's knowledge, detailed approach and kind bedside manner. Both of my girls are in braces and all of the staff are so warm and welcoming whenever we are there.

We have been so pleased with our experience at Mantel Ortho. Dr. Mantel has been so friendly and puts my son at ease. She explains everything thoroughly and is happy to answer any questions or concerns. She found an innovative way to work with my son's therapist and achieve our goals in his non-textbook case. I will absolutely be recommending this practice to friends and family.

Dr. Mantel is thorough, thoughtful and up to date on the most innovative ways to treat ortho issues. She is patient with kids and understands them. Her staff is fantastic too! You feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process.

We are about a year into our treatment plan, and our experience with Mantel Orthodontics has been everything one would hope for. Dr. Mantel is kind, professional and gifted in what she does. The staff at Mantel Orthodontics is always positive and encouraging! The incentive plans for the kids and fun events throughout the year, are such a generous and fun bonus! My child is always excited to go to her appointments! :)
