Just had my first experience with Dr. Balan yesterday!!! I'm so thankful I chose this place!! It's the best and they are nothing short of amazing... staff was so so nice and Dr. Balan herself is just the best!!!

It took me a long time to find a dentist that I didn't feel was "selling" me services. The staff is polite, professional and always on their game.

I have always loved the dentist, but not this one. He removed the roots and did not place a cap or anything to protect it, no follow appt was available and I kept getting bubbles on my gum exactly where he injected the needle. My worst experience ever.

we had come here befor for filling tooth for my son because my son had 4 tooth feel bad ! but that time they just fix one for him and reschedule to day 01/19/2022 for the filling The remaining 3 decayed teeth but when we come back they try to clean and they say they dont have time for take care filling up the tooth for my son ! and i come to ask reception about this but they dont care they say what ever ! i will not recoment all my customer for there ! very very bad place ! found another place if you want better for your family ! never never coming back !

The receptionist does not answer the phone at all when trying to schedule for a simple cleaning. And when she does answer, she keeps you on hold forever only to return to your call and hang up in your ear. Called several times and still the same thing. I DO NOT recommended this office. Will only have you furious at time you have wasted!!

My mother-in-law went for her regular cleaning. This dentist charged her $10 for PPE. As if WE, the customers have to pay for OUR safety. When I know they received an allotted amount of PPE from the government. This is a rip off and totally unfair.

I have been on the waiting list for a cleaning since 2019.. Called the office and their first availability is in Sept. They seemed to have no idea why I was never contacted. They said they could add me to the list again, but what's the point? I was then put on hold and after 5 minutes I just hung up.. Update, They called back and were able to get me in a few days later. It was a good experience. I have scheduled further cleanings and will use them again.

Dr. Mcsoley was the absolute best. First time getting a tooth pulled and he put me at ease. Everyone on the staff was extremely pleasant. Will be our new family dentist office for sure. Thank you Dr. Mcsoley!

Dr. M. and son are excellent Dentist, probably the best I've ever dealt with; however, the front desk staff is a mess. I stayed on hold for 25 mins only to be hung up on (hopefully it was accidental). It took another 25 minutes to get them to answer the phone.

services are good...Front desk unprofessional..Did a deep cleaning and couldn't get the suction cleaning because of covid 19.Was told they would call to schedule it,never heard from them.I had to call them 2.5 months later to discover that my schedule wasn't open enough for them...Mad customer
