Dr. Yokana studied Psychology and Biology at DePaul University and continued to get her degree in dental medicine at Midwestern University in Downers Grove. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois Dental Society.
Outside of dentistry, her passions include spending time with family and anything food related, whether it be cooking at home or trying the many great Chicago restaurants. She also enjoys going to many concerts and sporting events with her family.
Dr. Hummel grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. He attended Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated with a bachelors degree in Chemistry. Afterward, he attended Midwestern University in Arizona where he received a masters degree in Biomedical Science. Upon graduating, Dr. Hummel attended Midwestern University in Illinois to pursue his dental degree, graduating as a Doctor in Dental Medicine. Recently, he moved to Chicago with his wife, Dr. Yokana, to pursue their careers. The two live in the city with their dog and enjoy going to concerts and restaurants. Dr. Hummel is an avid Chicago sports fan, specifically flying the W with Cubs and never missing a Blackhawks game. Dr. Hummel is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society and the American Dental Association.

Great dentist Receptionist in the other hand has zero customer service skills.I walked in and I say good morning and she didn't answer and enstead say NAME.and I didn't give a name but say good morning again and got eyeballing LIKE ahe is my boss or I owe her money.Peoples skills,communication skills are so important for any business to feel WELCOMED CAUSE I AM PAYING CUSTOMER AND I WOULD HATE TO SEE HER THERE NEXT TIME I VISIT THIS OFFICE.

I personally suffered from childhood with multiple tooth problems because I had many dentists who could not work with my mouth. When I arrived in the US I realized that dentistry is very expensive and I could never fix my problems, until I met Mannheim Dental's office and they treated me excellent, they did an excellent job, they also have good and cheap prices with payment plans, Good attention, excellent staff. Drs. Steph and Zack are amazing and everybody speaks Spanish too Seven starts Highly recommended

Amazing they definitely know what they are doing . I was very nervous going in but the guy dentist there made me feel very comfortable and safe they are amazing ! And good price highly recommend them !

Care delivery at this clinic is outstanding! Very friendly staff with positive attitude energized by the super cool, cheerful and highly capable Dr. Hummel. Natalia, the assistant, has a special theme in terms of ensuring patient's conformable pre,during, and post treatment. Front desk Nery is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Insurance as well as alternatives recommendation, she's helpful scheduling and notifying patients with their appointments. The facility is very Clean and kept at high Hygiene standard, imaging equipment in addition to the rest of tools are All high-end and use cutting edge precision.

Excellent care from Dr. Hummel & staff. First time visit, and will absolutely return. Friendly staff, and Dr. Hummel made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything he was doing. Great experience all around! Highly recommend.

HAD A GENERAL EXAM -x rays and teeth cleaning. Took me in on time maybe a little early. I AS MOST PEOPLE do not like going to any dentist, but the staff and Dentist made it easy visit for me. THANKS MANNHEIM DENTAL

I am very happy with the services provided by this dental office, it was kind of an emergency, i called several places but they where too busy and they wanted to give me an appointment until January, so i kept searching and thank god i found Mannheim Dental, they gave me a space withing the hour, the place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and they give lots of attention to my problem, it was a very big task for the doctor, but he managed to do an excellent job, thank you.i highly recommend this place.

Great experience. Doctor Hummel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me! I'm not sure of the woman's name that did my cleaning but she was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. I finally found a great place for my cleanings! Thank you all so much!

Excellent customer service from front desk up to the treatment room. Staff are nice.Dentist are thorough with explaining the problem with my teeth and the possible option for treatment.Hygienist is gentle and did excellent job with my first deep cleaning treatment.
