I liked Dr Mann & trusted him completely but his malpractice caused me to lose all my teeth. One visit he said he wanted to cut my implant in half. He said by the time ur 70 u will have problems due to the "cantilever" effect. I said doc I'll wait till I'm 70 I was 54 at the time. Why Dr Mann wanted to saw it in half bewildered me but I trusted him. I paid $1,500 cash as I left they brought out a "Dental Device" as they called it. I never ordered a dental device it was never discussed with me it cost $450 which I paid & never fit right. I went to that implant place on the commercials & they told me that was not a Dentlal device it was a "TOY". Then he refused to give my new dentist my x-rays and that is illegal. Marcy @ front desk treated me horribly in a snotty rude manner even tho I always pd in full. I used his root canal guy instead of mine & the pain was so bad I called for a refill which cost $20. That's why she was angry. He has lied to me & is incompetent. I plan to picket his office until he does the Christian thing & fix the problem he caused by sawing a perfect implant in half & lied to cover it up.

Dr. Mann is hands down the best dentist. I trust him completely, and he does excellent work. He's extremely honest and he is very fair. He recommends what is necessary and he doesn't try to upsell you which I really appreciate. I've been coming for years and I'm glad I have a dentist I can trust. Thanks for everything.

WORST DENTIST I EVER HAD. CONSISTENTLY LIED & REMOVED AN IMPLANT THAT WAS PERFECT. IM SO SORRY I EVER WENT TO HIM. HIS POOR WORK CAUSED ME YEARS OF PAIN HE THEN CHARGED ME FOR RUINING MY TEETH. HE SHOULD BE LISTED AS A DANGEROUS QUACK

Dr. Mann is an exceptional dentist with an exceptional staff. Technically, he's highly skilled, with the ability to create a beautiful smile, even on someone who has been embarrassed of their smile in the past. For those who just want basic dentistry, you can count on him to be honest and not oversell what you need. His fees are reasonable compared to other dentists in the area. I am very particular about my teeth, and I have full confidence in him to keep my smile healthy. The office is older, but well-kept and clean. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and the staff makes you feel at home. Each time I go there, he seems to have made more updates. It's easy to find a place to park, and the office is conveniently located just North of the freeway on Lake Murray Blvd. The staff is always pleasant. Anna Lee is particularly sweet and pleasant. You can always count on an interesting conversation with Dr. Mann. He seems genuinely interested in you as a person, and I think looks out for your best interest with your treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone, with full confidence that they'll receive impeccable dentistry and honest advice at a reasonable cost.

I've been going here since before I was married 15 years ago. My husband and my kids go here now! Nice, laid back atmosphere! Dr. Mann is so good with my kids! His hygienist, Angie is amazing! The kids love going to the dentist and I think of it as my spa day for my teeth!!!

WORST DENTIST EVER! LIED TO ME, COST ME ALL MY TEETH AND REFUSED TO GIVE MY NEW DENTIST MY RECORDS WHICH IS ILLEGAL. HIS FRONT OFFICE OERSON, MARCY, IS AS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING AS ANYONE I'VE EVER MET! OTHER DR, COUGHLIN, LIED TO ME TO COVER UP HIS MISTAKES RATHER THAT SIMPLY BE HONEST. STAY AWAY, BETTER TO RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM BOTH, CRIMINALS WHO SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE!
