Dr. Mann is a Floridanative born and raised in the Tampa Bayarea. Academically and athletically driven, Dr. Mann ranked among the highest in his gifted and magnet programs. He swamand wrestled varsity as an IB student at Hillsborough High School. Dr. Mann continued his education at the University of Florida, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering and leading several on-campus student organizations.

After a short detour into the world of engineering at Siemens Power Generation, Dr. Mann discovered his passion for dentistry and specifically orthodontics. Dr. Mann went to work, earning a slot in the competitive and rigorous dental and orthodontic programs at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. After several years of living and learning in Gainesville, Dr. Mann is thrilled to return to his hometown and serve the communities that gave him so much throughout his childhood.

Dr. Mann is very passionate about his career and loves providing children, teens and adults with a beautiful, healthy, Mann-made smile. Dr. Mann also is an Associate Professor at LECOM School of Dental Medicine and recently was awarded 'Educator of the Year' by his students. In addition, Dr. Mann is also an adjunct Orthodontic faculty at the Universityof Florida school of Dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Mann enjoys watching all Tampa Bay sports, exercising and spending time with his wife, familyand friends. But most of all, Dr. Mann cherishes the 7 Saturdays a year he gets to spend in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, cheering for the Florida Gators!

Meet Caitlyn, she is our insurance coordinator! She moved here from Maryland and has been a part of the Mann Family since 2018. Her favorite part about working here is informing the parents about their coverage and hearing happy cries. When she isnt informing our patients about their coverage,she is working hard to finish her degree in Architecture or enjoying the Florida weather with her beautiful daughter.

Though born in Queens, New York, he feels like a true Floridian. Especially after earning his Masters of Accountancy at the University of Florida and obtaining his Public Accounting license with the state of Florida, Ian is a Florida Gator through and through. He has many years of experience with handling finances for multiple companies as well as auditing for Tampa General Hospital. When he isn't in the office you can find him enjoying the good outdoors either being on the water with his paddleboard or swinging a bowling ball at a local bowling alley.

Brooklynn has been a part of the Mann Family team since 2016, when Dr. Mann first opened the practice. Since joining the practice, she has earned her Marketing degree at the MUMA school of business at the University of South Florida. What she loves most about her job, other than working with her husband, is capturing all the beautiful smiles once they have finished treatment. You can usually find Brooklynn enjoying the good Florida sun with her and Dr. Manns two dogs, Brodie and Woodson.

Meet Lynn, our outstanding records and lab technician! She has been a part of the Mann Family since Dr. Mann opened the practice in 2016. Her favorite part about working here is seeing children go from not smiling at the beginning of treatment to nonstop smiling once they have ended treatment. Besides her dedication and skills to Orthodontics, she is also a licensed C.N.A in the state of Florida. On the weekends you can find Lynn taking photos or singing at karaoke places!

Alissa is a St. Petersburg native who joined the Mann Family in 2020 as an Orthodontic assistant, her dedication to the practice has led her to be one of our top clinical assistants. Her favorite part about working at Mann Orthodontics is being able to help Dr. Mann creates beautiful smiles and watching them finish treatment with a huge smile. Outside of assisting, Alissa enjoys soaking up the warm Florida sun with her family at home.

Kiana joins us all the way from Brooklyn, New York. She moved to Florida when she was younger and joined the Mann Family as an Orthodontic assistant in 2020. Kiana brings so much joy and light to our practice, you can almost always hear her giggles throughout the clinic. Her passion for Orthodontics has made her our Clear aligner specialist in the office. Outside of work she loves being with her family and close friends and playing with her dog Dash.
