Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. The entire staff is kind and courteous, and attentive to your every need.They treat you like family and are available when you need them. A very calm soothing atmosphere making your dental visits so much more pleasurable. I highly recommend them as the best in the Elkin North Carolina area.

I certainly misjudged the 5 star rating! I had taken someone here for an appointment, as I waited in the lobby.. I could hear her scream in pain, I approached the older lady at the front desk with concerns, she simply stated "she's fine" to only find out later- this was not the case! Maybe I was misjudged also considering... I had came there directly from work... The dentist who had performed the extraction was told that the area was not numb, this was disregarded and the extraction was performed without concern. I work extremely hard to afford- what I felt was top of the line care based on the (unworthy) 5 star rating this company holds... If I could give this facility a lower rating based on professionalism, bed side manner, follow up, etc..., I would most certainly carry this further, specifically for the unethical, immoral treatment given by 'Nicole Manigault' as well as the lady at the front desk. NEVER in my life have I been so angry over the lack of compassion from the very people one would expect better from. I'm also going to express my legitimate concerns to the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners for the unethical treatment by the above named dentist.. who clearly should not be trusted with the care of any patient that walks in this facility!!!!

I can't say enough about my experience. From the first phone call I felt at ease. They were judgement free and sympathetic to my fears. The care I received was outstanding. I left feeling like I have made new friends and I am beyond excited to get my oral health back on track.

2-15-22 I had an impression for a crown on an implant. Dr. Maltba & Marty worked very well together and did a great job. I felt very at ease during the entire procedure. Thank you both!!!

First time, new patient visit for abscessed tooth. Seen same day. Professional, courteous, empathetic staff from check-in to check out. Provided pertinent information and answered any questions. Allowed me time to make best decisions for me about my care. Very pleasant under otherwise stressful circumstances.

I had an excellent experience here. I was able to be seen quickly for an emergency appointment. I had a wisdom tooth and the neighboring tooth extracted. The procedure was painless and thorough. There was little to no pain afterwards thanks to the skilled hands of the dentist. Communication before the appointment and during the visit was excellent, as well as the dentist calling a couple days later to follow up on any pain or concerns I may have had. I would absolutely recommend this practice!
