MY FRIEND ALMOST DIED FROM THEIR SERVICES!! SHE STILL EXPERIENCING PAIN TILL THIS DAY. SHES CRAVING CHICKEN AND SHE CANT EVEN EAT. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. SO EXPENSIVE TOO???!!! SMHH

The dentist and dental assistance are very professional. Clean and efficient, I would recommend this location for their services. However, the administrative staff was not only disorganized but quite rude and unprofessional. From appointment management to patient communications to insurance billing, all extremely mismanaged. Received a phone call from the billing staff requesting immediate payment for services rendered or it will be turned over for collections for an extraction procedure which occurred four months prior- we had only received one bill since procedure and after we contacted our insurance provider, our insurance confirmed they billed them incorrectly. Two months later, received another letter stating portion of previous bill was payed and the remaining amount was patients responsibility. Corresponding with my dental insurer revealed latter portion should also be covered, but was submitted to insurance. After alerting Manhattan Oral Facial Surgery of this oversight, the portion that was "patient responsibility" was expunged. The administrative staff inabilities are what keeps me from rating this location higher.

Horrible! Only one person might be helpful there yet doctor took 2 min only to discuss the issue, waiting time was around 2 to 3 hours and the doctor was completely talking with no care, no empathy and took less than 2 min to discuss.All the staff members are horrible except for one. One staff member was so rude and didn't even know what to do, completely lost! Poor service. Poor environment. No social distancing guidelines are being followed, everyone is just entering the office without looking at how many people are already in there. Most of the patients were waiting outside (standing) of the waiting area since people were sitting too close to each other.

DR. PRICE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! WENT IN FOR A TOOTH EXTRACTION AND DURING THE PROCEDURE I TRIED TO INFORM HIM THAT I WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN AND NO NUMBNESS! HE CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME AND RIPPED OUT MY TOOTH ANYWAY! I FELT EVERYTHING! WHILE LEAKING BLOOD FROM MY MOUTH, GETTING UPSET I TOLD HIM WHY HE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME CONCERNING MY PAIN MANAGEMENT AND HE WALKED AWAY! I HAVE EXPERIENCED MANY EXTRACTIONS BUT NOTHINGG LIKE THIS BEFORE!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Pretty bad. got a tooth extraction and wound up waking up during the surgery, and was in a lot of pain. They didn't even finish taking the tooth out, instead referred me to someone else. Terrible place.

There was a rough patch where we didn't think they were in-network for my dental savings plan but EVERYONE was so good about working to find a solution (which we did, thankfully) but I really appreciated their demeanor. I arrived at 7:30 cause I like to get ahead of lines. This seems like a good idea for other people. I went in winter and it was a bit chilly inside, I'd suggest warmer clothes. I went in for wisdom teeth and the person seeing me was super interested in making sure my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable and that we approached the procedure in a way I was happy with.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst front desk/receptionists ever. Waiting room is extremely crowded, no seats available, full of people who seemed they'd been waiting forever. Walked up to the counter, there was no greeting just a "yes" like I was a nuisance for coming in to the office. The one blonde girl answered every question with "the doctor will let you know" the one sitting behind her was too busy on Snapchat to even look up and greet the customer. Forms are handed and not explained. You're expected to sign a consent for treatment (BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR), meanwhile, you still don't know what you're getting. Terrible place, needless to say we left the office. If that's what the front office staff is like, I can only imagine what it would have been like had we proceed with any treatment. Needless to say, I left the office and I'd rather pay than be subject to such ridicule, and bad service by a team that seems like every client who walks through the door just ruined their life.
