Fair Warning: This office charges patients in full upfront. When asked why, they simply said "because it's our policy" when the answer is obvious: If your insurance provider does not reimburse them, they already have your money. Yet another example of Americas completely broken healthcare system. For what it's worth, Antonio was very pleasant and my wisdom teeth extraction was quick and painless.

Love this place.The office is so nice and clean. The staff is amazing. They move so quick there's never no wait but at the same time they handle you with care and very catering to your needs and gentle. I had been going to every oral surgeon to get my tooth removed and nobody could help and in 1.2.3 Dr. S removed it and I didn't feel a thing. I was so happy and I just want to say thank you for helping me. I will definitely recommend them to anybody.

I received great care from all of the staff at Manhattan Maxillofacial Surgery Group. They made my tooth extraction experience as pain free and pleasant as possible.

We were referred to Dr. Shagoli through our orthodontist over 3 years ago. My son had to have appliances and surgeries and has been through a lot. Dr. Shagoli's wonderful "bedside" manner and skill made our medical journey less difficult. Overall his staff is great too, but I would have liked them to have had more expedient communication with the orthodontist's office when they were collaborating. Dr. Shagoli worked with us and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. He does great work and I highly recommend him !

the phone person was pretty rude, hang up on me mid sentence. i wanted to know the price beforehand and she said that i need to come in for a consultation and fill out this long form just to know what my procedure will cost. so basically to spend 3 hours of my day just to find out something she could have told me in 2 minutes

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shahgoli and had a wonderful experience! Dr. Shahgoli and his entire staff were kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the office for any dental needs.

I had to have a tooth extracted that had gone bad from periodontal disease. The procedure also included cutting the bridge that the tooth anchored and "seeding" the socket with what I call "magic bone dust" which, over time, creates denser bone strong enough to support an implant. Dr. Del Valle was recommended by my excellent regular dentist, Dr. Grace Jeon. I could not have been happier with Dr. Del Valle and Manhattan Maxillofacial Surgery Group. The offices are immaculate, the support staff professional and the procedure was top notch from the initial consultation to the surgery, all completed within 3 days. Everything was explained to me by the doctor in detail, including what he would be doing, why it had to be done and what I could expect going forward. Equally important, Julie, the Office Manager, outlined the costs (extremely reasonable!) to me after the consult, which was particularly helpful, including what she thought insurance would pay and what they wouldn't. The procedure was handled expertly and I was out of the chair in about an hour. I didn't miss any work and here I am the next day with very little pain. Thanks to the entire team!

My son had all four wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Shahgholi did a great job. The staff was professional and friendly and very transparent about cost. They took our insurance and were more reasonably priced than some others.

Doctor Shahin Shahgoli, made my experience something that I will never forget, I went for a tooth extraction and let me tell you I was scared and nervous. When I got to the office the staff was professional and super kind, they made me feel so comfortable that when I was done with the procedure I immediately book another appointment for a second tooth extraction and when I came back the service was still amazing. Dr shanin Shagoli took his time to explained to me the procedure, he was so nice and so patient and his assistants are very well trained. In conclusion all I can say is that he erased all of my fears of going to the dentist and some of the bad experiences that I had in the past with other dentists. If you're concerned about the billing process the staff will take the time to explained to you in detail how it works. Again amazing experience from beginning to the end.

I was very happy with the service . Everyone is very pleasant from the moment you walk in, to the time that you leave . Dr Valle was able to put me at ease along with his assistant and everything was smooth from the time of the surgery/ follow ups. Highly recommend Dr. Valle & staff. Thank you .

Worst experience ever. I had a bad feeling with this practice since the beginning: I'm definitely not fluently with English but I usually get what people say. Not in this case: even if it was clear I'm not mother tongue they didn't do any efforts to help me, but it's ok, this is my problem. The first time I went there the technician was very rude and unfriendly. The second time I went there for a CT scan (that's very expensive) and they asked me to pay before the visit. I thought it was weird but I said "ok". Well, a few minutes later, while I was waiting in my room, the x-rays technologist (or maybe the nurse, I don't know) came to me to say they were repairing the machine and it took "only few minutes". After 30 minutes I was still there and I decided to leave. Just the receptionist felt a little bit sorry while the nurse didn't say anything, she wasn't interested in what was happening at all. They obviously gave me a refund, but who is going to refund me for the hours of work I lost?

Aside from the smooth surgery I had, the billing process is questionable. I paid up front but the claim never made it to my dental provider. Thought it was strange since it's been over 90 days and nothing. Came to find out the claim was never received or filed. Someone is lying. Took the money first and could care less. This careless practice is causing inconvenience and time. *****following up on the comment above**** Three weeks later I Had to waste my time calling back and forth. My dental provider sent a $1500 check to the office and yet still have not received 2 weeks later. Called and had to request for my check. This process has taken me 7 calls, over 90 days. Unacceptable.

Dr.Siege is AMAZING!!!! Was so wonderful with our one month old baby girl. She had more tongue ties than we realized and he took the time to show us them before the procedure. He was so kind and explained everything that he would do very thoroughly making us feel so calm about it. She was in excellent hands and I would recommend him, and this group to anyone who needed to see them. The BEST!

I just had four wisdom teeth extracted today (9/16) and I'm on my way, no pain. OMG! Dr. Shahgoli is an amazing oral surgeon. He is clearly the "Tooth Whisperer." He calmed all of my fears. Before I knew it all four teeth were out and I was on my way home. There is also an amazing staff, from the front desk to the team assisting the doctor. If you need your wisdom tooth or teeth extracted this is the place you want to be. I can't say enough about the doctor or professional supportive, knowledgeable environment. I recommend Manhattan Maxillofacial to Surgery to anyone who is looking for a painless experience. Thanks Dr. Shahgoli, Chrissandra T. (P.S. How can I forget about Grace, she's wonderful)
