Dr. Brott & Dr. Benson have been providing dental care for a long time. They know their stuff. With a passion for their patients comfort and overall health, they want to create the best smile for each and every patient. Everyone deserves a great smile, its that simple.
Dr. Jon Brott is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, Nebraska. He offers services in all areas of general dentistry, with an emphasis in cosmetic and comprehensive family dentistry.
Dr. Brott is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Northwest Golden Belt Dental Association, Copalite Study Club Vice President, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Brott, his wife, Heidi, and their two children, Evan and Josie, have moved from Wisconsin to Manhattan and are happy to be closer to family. Dr. Brott spends his leisure time enjoying outdoor sports like archery, hunting and fishing. He also is a Cub Scout leader, baseball coach, softball coach, and an active member of the St. Lukes Lutheran Church.
Dr. Brott is a family man which means he treats his patients just like his own family. When you come into Manhattan Dental you won't be treated as a number. You will be cared for just like family. The way it's supposed to be.

Dr. Benson loves living in Manhattan. It is a beautiful city and being able to practice in the area is a true blessing. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds it very rewarding developing long-term relationships with his patients.
He loves to be outdoors. You can find Dr. Benson fishing, bike riding, and hiking. If you have the inside scoop on fishing reports, let him know. Hes a die-hard, life-long Royals fan and loves a good live music concert.

Manhattan Dental is by far the most inviting dental office I've been to over the years. I hate going to the dentist, but the staff here are amazing and non-judgmental. Wendy was phenomenal at accommodating my crazy work schedule. She bent over backwards to fit me in as soon as possible. Cherry is by far the best assistant I've had the pleasure of working with. She went out of her way to ensure the X-rays didn't hurt and communicated everything so well. Dr. Benson was patient with all my questions and took the time to ensure my understanding.

Absolutely amazing experience! I'm an out of state student and I desperately needed a dentist for an infection. They scheduled me immediately, and it was a super welcoming experience! Everyone was so friendly and answered all of my questions - they treated me like family. They were able to fix every dental mistake from my old dentist and schedule me that same week that I visited. I HIGHLY recommend this place, they are very professional and are very good at what they do!

Typically dentists do not listen when I say it's harder to get me numb. This one did and he double checked my numbness and I didn't feel a thing!! The staff was all very friendly and welcoming! If you have dentist anxiety I highly recommend them! I will be returning

Just wanted to say thank you for helping my daughter out. All the other dentist in Manhattan didn't have the time or whatever excuses they could come up with. This facility bent over backwards to make her feel comfortable, and treated her with dignity and humility.

Had a great experience here. Called here after having a dry socket and being in the worst pain of my life, after dealing with another dentist who didn't do anything-they we're able to get me in and get me out of pain. Sharon at the front desk was amazing. Tyler the assistant was amazing and so was the doctor Dr. Benson. Highly recommend this office.

Called for an urgent visit for my son. We are from out of town, and they got him in same day. The dentist was great. He did not want us going anywhere without making sure everything was taken care of. Even scheduled a follow-up in 2 days to check on my son. Online reviews were accurate. Great group.

I am totally impressed with how friendly and unassuming the staff are at this office. My first appointment with Dr. Brott was for an exam and he is definitely an "honest broker" and very thorough --never felt any pressure to have any dental work done unless it was absolutely necessary. Candace was my chairside assistant and made me very comfortable as we had a pleasant conversation while taking the X-rays and photos of my teeth. I came in the following morning for a cleaning with Monica -- it was probably the best and most thorough scaling I've ever had . . . and I've had my fair share! Totally impressed with her training and expertise! Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant when I made the appointments and you just have the sense that they all enjoy working in this office! P.S. Did I mention that I'm a dentist too?

Modern dentistry is amazing. The pain was minimal and that only from the initial anesthetic. The drilling, noise to worry but not a hint of pain. How did people endure dental work in the days of Ben Franklin? I presume whisky was the first step, maybe even for the dentist.

My son and I have been with Manhattan Dental for going on 20 years. They replaced my 4 amalgam fillings with white 18 years ago and they're all still in great shape. My crown was done there at least 10 yrs ago and I've never had any problems with it. They're good with young kids and teens - my 18 year old son has only gone there. He is cavity free and timely referral and communication with his orthodontist made for very good results. Dr. Brott and his staff are professional yet relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend Manhattan Dental with 5 stars!

Great place, great people. We started taking our five-year-old son there after having not very good experiences with a pediatric dentist in town, and he loves it there as well. Our whole family goes there and I recommend them to everyone who asks.
