Dr. Don Mungcal is a native of the Los Angeles area and loves serving his neighbors dental needs. Raised in the San Fernando Valley, he completed undergrad studies at UCLA. He received his degree with honors in 1990 after completing the dental program at University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. His post-graduate experience came in part from his role as an instructor at USC Dental School. Within a few short years, Dr. Mungcal established his practice right in his hometown of Los Angeles. Manhattan Beach Dental has been serving patients since 1992. The love that Dr. Mungcal feels for LA seems to be reciprocal. He has been honored as a Best Dentist in Downtown in Los Angeles Downtown News for four consecutive years.

Dr. Mungcal stays abreast of cutting-edge dental technologies and techniques through activity in the California Dental Society. He is also a member of several other prestigious dental organizations. He stays up to date with the latest dental implants, general dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry advancements by investing hundreds of hours in continuing education courses each year.

He completed his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the University of Southern California where he graduated as valedictorian of his class. Dr. Perrin passion lies with not only helping his patients pursue the esthetic goals for their smiles, but also their functional components, ensuring that ones teeth not only look perfect but also properly work together. When not in the office, Dr. Perrin enjoys snow skiing, tennis, and scuba diving.

Kristin has more than 20 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She has been a part of Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions for two years as our Office Manager. Kris has many certifications in advanced dentistry. In particular, she enjoys dental photography, advanced imaging, and fabricating in-house crowns. Kris is a California native and she grew up in San Gabriel Valley. She enjoys spending quality family time with her son, Jacob. She attended North West College and completed the Dental Assisting Program in 2001. She became a registered dental assistant in 2006. Some of her hobbies include dancing, karaoke, fishing, and hiking.

Deana has more than 30 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and front office staff. She can answer any questions you might have regarding treatment and insurance. She has been a part of Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions since February 2020. Deana grew up in the San Fernando Valley and now lives in the South Bay. She enjoys spending time by the beach and a hot cup of coffee every morning. She attended Bryman College where she completed the Dental Assisting Program and graduated with honors. Some of her favorite hobbies include camping, walking on the beach, and attending concerts.

Im passionate about helping our patients receive the healthy smile they deserve and the quality customer care they expect.

Marie is a registered dental hygienist at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions. She has worked at this office for 27 years. Her specialty is treating gum and bone disease. She is part of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Marie was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and now resides in Manhattan Beach, CA. She has been married for 37 years and is very proud of her son and daughter.

Lorena is a registered dental hygienist at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions. She has been in the dental field since 2008 and became a registered dental hygienist two years ago. Even though she has only been with us for a short while, she feels like she has been with us for years. Lorena currently resides in Hermosa Beach, CA. She has been married for 9 years and has 3 Maltese dogs.

During her free time, she loves jumping in the ocean at early hours of the morning. She loves watching sports, meditating, taking beach walks, exercising, reading, learning new thing, trying different cuisines, visiting new places, and creating new adventures.
