Dr. Michael Mangino is a Paducah native who after graduating from St. Mary High School, attended Murray State University and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After several years of practicing in the greater Louisville and Cincinnati areas, Dr. Mangino decided it was time to return to his hometown of Paducah to serve the communities that originally inspired him to become a health care provider. While at U of L, Dr. Mangino was the recipient of the Kentucky Clinical Community Services Scholarship where he provided free dental care to children and medically-comprised adults in the underserved areas of Kentucky. Dr. Mangino is dedicated to offering the highest quality cosmetic and restorative dentistry in the area. Paducah is home to Dr. Mangino, his wife, Lindsey and their daughter, Margot. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, golf, basketball, attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Mangino is the best! He explains everything very well so you know what is going to be done. He is very friendly. Both of my adult children went to him as well as my ex-husband and myself. Cant say enough great things about Dr. Mangino. I also recommended friends to go to Dr. M & they did and were very happy.

I can't say enough good things about Mangino Dental. From the time I called to get a consultation appt to my actual procedure and followup scheduled. They knew I needed to be seen quickly and they called me as soon as they had an earlier availability. I usually have to wait 2-4 months to be seen. My first appt I called as a new patient and was seen within 1 week!!! I have dental anxiety but I couldn't tell from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super nice and I even recieved compliments on being the perfect patient. (They just didn't know how scared I was I didn't want to even flinch ) I have one more appt to go to finish this root canal and I will definitely be staying with Mangino Dental! If you are looking for a new dentist I suggest Mangino Dental. They are super cool and did a great job! Dr. Mangino was very thorough in explaining the process, that helped ease some of the anxiety. I now look forward to bringing my whole family to Mangino Dental!

I love these folks!! I went yesterday to have a back tooth removed. Yes, I was scared, but the staff was super amazing. They were all so kind. Big shout out to Allison..she held my hand and let me know I wouldn't feel any pain. Dr. Mangino is really a personal person, and took care of me. They are all special folks to me. I wont have any fear next time I need to go. I trust them!!!! Much!!
