Dr. Mandell received his undergraduate degree from Suny Albany, and his DDS degree from Suny StonyBrook in 1981. He started practicing at his Plainview, New York practice in 1985. He is a member at The Nassau County Dental Society and New York State Dental Society and The American Dental Association.

In his leisure time, Dr. Mandell enjoys traveling with his family & playing tennis several times a week.
