I'm a wuss when it comes to the dentist and from the start they've been patient, understanding and offering all kinds of options to get me comfortable. I had a temporary crown that fell off at 9PM and after calling the office to see if there was anything to do, Dr Elliot called me back himself to check on me and tell me to come in first thing. Highly recommend this practice

Great attention and professional work from the very personable Dr Scott Elliott. Dental assistant Oni was competent and caring. My son Brian is autistic, and they did a great job in making him comfortable while his teeth were being worked on. Good place for dental solutions.

Dr. Elliott is wonderful! He's very thoughtful and explains everything he is doing as he does it. The office staff is very helpful and efficient.

I honestly don't want to tell y'all how amazing Dr Elliot and his staff are because he may get too busy to see me! But really, if you want a compassionate caring dentist who takes time to listen to your concerns, takes time to explain everything to you, and above all makes you feel comfortable at every turn... call them! Become part of the "Mandarin Smiles Family" . You won't regret it!

I was placed on the phone with their call center and asked specially for a cleaning appointment. Arrived at the office, went back after 15 minutes and they preformed numerous new patient X-rays, which I was expecting. After being in the chair for over an hour I was told they don't do X-rays and cleanings on the same appointment and that I would need to schedule another appointment just for the cleaning. I've never been to a dentist that didn't do new patient X-rays and a cleaning during the same appointment.

Absolutely blown away at how incredible this office is!!!!! I had a problem tooth that was causing extreme pain. I called this office as a last ditch effort after the facility that was in my insurance network offered an outrageous course of action. Mandarin Smiles got me in the same day, moved my appointment up 2 hours and took care of my problem immediately! The dentist (Elliot? I'm probably wrong I was small child scared when i got there) was so professional and I felt almost nothing during extraction. He explained everything in such great detail i literally had no questions and still do not. Price was absolutely more than reasonable as the dentist in my insurance network sent me a quote this morning over $100 more than what I was charged yesterday. I have not been to the dentist before this appointment in over 10 years, I can not imagine trusting anyone else with my oral care, not even myself! I am so grateful to no longer have that pain in my mouth. I have never been satisfied with a dentist until I found Mandarin Smiles! Thank you!!!!

The staff was great. I had difficulty finding their location, but threw front desk stayed on the phone until I licated them. All the staff that I came in contact with made me feel very comfortable. Thus was my first time visit.

Great staff and even better doc! I relocated to FL and NEEDED a dentist for a major toothache Pronto. I called 2 other dental offices and they were 2 weeks out at earliest for an emergency... I was able to get in same day with Mandarin Smiles. Not that the news was great, but more importantly I felt very comfortable in claiming this office as my new dental home. Was the first time in my adult life that I had a dentist sit down and show me the xray of my teeth and explain why I needed what I needed and the progression of what would happen if I didn't. I understand most would be skeptical at this point when they start talking the expensive stuff, but he really explains it down to easy terms and you know that it isn't about money, it's about the care you need!!

The staff and Drs are amazing! I love speaking and dealing with everyone there. They put you at ease and tell you all of your options before starting treatment so there are no surprises.

This Office is BOOTLEG AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My insurance says this provider is in their network. I gave them my insurance information then I get a bill for $29 AFTER TREATMENT because they don't take my insurance! Why wasn't I told that before treatment? Why are you all on the list of providers for my insurance? They also gave me a treatment plan with cost of every procedure. I call to schedule my cleaning today and I'm told that the prices are incorrect and they have no idea why the prices say that. I do not recommend at all whatsoever period!

Loved the Dental assistant Onice, she was lovely and made me such at ease during the visit. The front desk coordinator Erin was super helpful. She explained things in a way that I didn't get lost in the terminology

From the moment I walked in I felt such a warm welcome!! I haven't been to the dentist in years because of the uncomfortable atmosphere from my last dentist. At Mandarin Smiles I received such an amazing and extensive exam!!! They definitely know their stuff!! I can honestly say, I don't mind going back! Wonderful wonderful people!!!
