Dr. Hanania attended the University of Florida for both his Doctor of Dental Medicine and undergraduate degrees. He has practiced cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry in Jacksonville since 1991. In addition to his practice, Dr. Hanania is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and is a former president on the Northeast District Dental Association. Dr. Hanania received a Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry in 2002 and is the past President of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a past Affiliate Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he instructed resident doctors in reconstructive dentistry. In 2002 and 2003 he was awarded Best Clinical Faculty. Dr. Hanania enjoys being active in the community. He is a Member of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church, a Charter Member of Rotary of Bartram Trail, a Volunteer for Creeks Athletic Association, a leader with the Boy Scouts of North East Florida and a Member of Mandarin Museum and Historical Society. Dr. Hanania is married with four children and lives in the Fruit Cove / Julington Creek and Switzerland area. He volunteers at Healing Hands and Sulzbacher center.
Jennifer first joined the practice in 2000 as a dental assistant and is now the office manager. She is an expert in patient coordination and handles the day to day operation of our practice. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Pam joined the practice in 2015. After being a stay at home mom for many years she decided that she wanted to pursue dentistry. Pam specializes in accounts receivable, treatment plans, and many aspects of the front desk. In her leisure time she enjoys volunteering for the community and spending time with her family and friends.
Margarita joined our practice in 2009 and is the most senior dental assistant in the office. Margarita is certified in Clear Correct, Invisalign, Zoom, Implants and chair side assisting. Margarita also has a culinary degree and enjoys cooking for her family and friends.
Pam joined our practice in 1994 and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. Her primary focus is preventive care, periodontal therapy, homecare instructions and patient relations. Pam enjoys spending her leisure time with her friends and family.
Emily joined the practice in June 2016. She is a graduate from FSCJ and is certified to administer local anesthesia. Emily enjoys educating her patients on good oral health. In her free time Emily spends time at Disney and enjoys being with her family and friends.

Excellent dental care! Professional and compassionate care delivered by skilled hands. From the initial phone contact to treatment, every aspect is patient centered and individualized to your needs. I appreciate the attention to detail in explaining treatment and thoroughly answering any questions. Dr. Hanania comes so highly recommended, so grateful to be in this practice. Great hygienist, Morgan is awesome, loves to educate patients. Jennifer keeps things running like clockwork and very knowledgeable. Office is super clean, comfortable with easy parking and access, noticed several handicap parking spots.

Dr. Hanania is so kind and gentle and caring. I really enjoyed his manner. The staff was also wonderful. They were all so upbeat and humorous. There's good vibes there, which is saying a lot for a dental office. Also, Pam at the front desk is top notch. She knows her stuff and can multitask like a boss. This is a great place.

Dr. Hanania made me feel super comfortable, he was a very happy guy, talked me through everything he was doing and what he was looking at. Morgan the hygienist was spectacular, the energy alone in the office was just positive feels. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is seeking a dentist or has had a negative result from another dental office. This office will make you feel like you are family.

We have been going to Mandarin Dental Professionals since we moved to Jacksonville six years ago. We have never had to wait for our appointments and been treated with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Dr. Hanania for your dental needs.

Dr Hannania and the entire team is the absolutely most amazing, compassionate, caring dentist. I had a severe molar infection and waited way way too long.... I saw a few other dentist before I was able to get through them and was told several different things that were wrong. Every single member of this team was incredible with me and did everything right from start to finish. Turns out my infection may have been bad enough that it could've been life-threatening if it was ignored any longer. I have anxiety and typically do not do a dental work well. He had to pull my tooth as an emergency, and I am 100% convinced after seeing the tooth and infection that he saved my life. He and the entire team will have a patient in me for ever as well as Permanent place in my heart. He even called at 730 same night to check on me. This is the place to be will be referring everyone I know.

Dr. Hanania and his staff are true professionals. Going to the dentist is not always seen as a pleasant experience but the group at Mandarin Dental Professionals always puts me at ease. They are also fast and efficient, and you'll never have to spend time waiting to be seen like so many other offices. Highly recommend!

I had a crown replaced. Dr Hanania and his staff did an incredible job from beginning to end. They were cordial, compassionate, and gentle. I came in a little nervous but relaxed as I had trust in them. (Plus Dr H came very highly recommended by our previous dentist...he was right!) They are professional and exact and care for their patients. Additionally, the entire office is clean. Everyone working on you is masked. And the equipment and rooms are first-rate.
