Dr. AL Kaissy received multiple awards from Boston University in Academic Excellence where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree with the highest honors and elected to be a member of the National Dental Honor Society, a nation-wide highly sophisticated organization that represents the highest achievements in dental scholarship, professionalism, and ethics. He is thorough, practical and empathetic.
Dr. AL Kaissy enjoys target shooting, he is a member of Chester Rod and Gun club, where he usually practices target shooting with his wife, Safa. He also enjoys swimming, hiking and playing tennis especially with his longtime rival, Patrick (his brother). Safa and Layth adopted their dog, Kennedy in 2015, who despite his tiny 15 lbs mass, he never doubts himself as the familys protector.

I have to say, Dr Kaissy is absolutely amazing. He is doing some implant work for me currently. Not only is he the nicest person you will ever meet, but he always takes your situation into consideration and works with you to just make it happen. His prices are super reasonable. I ended up here from a referral after I was quoted three times the amount by another office in Bedford. I am Completely happy with what he has done for me His staff is also always friendly and polite. I also love that they have evening appointments. Very accommodating I love this place so much that I have switched to Manchester Dentistry for my general dentistry as well. Definitely a 5++++ star place!

I have a dentist fear but i got to a point where I had to see one ,I am very lucky that i met Dr. Al Kaissy . he is the best dentist I ever had in my life , vey nice , human, big sense of humor ,a lot of kindness and professionally speaking he does an amazing job .Never had any pain or an issue after the work is done . i strongly recommend to go visit him if you have any issue . Also the office crew are the icing on the cake :).Thank you All

I'v had lot's of dentists in the past and I must say that Dr Kaissy is amazing amongst all. And his staff. They treat you like a person, not just any patient and I've had an extraction, fillings, cleanings, never felt any pain and felt comfortable. Dr Kaissy and his staff are the best. I highly recommend Manchester dentistry and implants to anyone who sees this review. They are the best!!!

If I could I would give him NEGATIVE 100 starts...I gladly would do. Dangerous place! I needed root canal procedure that went terribly wrong! Staff did not wear gloves while preparing for the procedure touching all equipment with bare hands! Dentist broke the file during root canal procedure leaving the file in root canal! He kept administering anesthetic and taking X-ray after X-ray (at lest 12-14 X-rays which he denied taking afterward) of affected area over and over again!! Forced me to sing paperwork after procedure that went terribly wrong associated with pure torture lasting for about 2 hrs! After everything went terribly wrong, he closed the tooth with the file still inside root canal stating "you'll be fine. Russian doctor did that too when this procedure was first performed back in days!" He prescribed plenty of opioids for pain and send me home. I couldn't sleep the entire night. Next day, the entire right side of my head and neck was swollen with throbbing dull pain. the nightmares continued on day 2. I was referred to different dentists in hope to safe the tooth w/success! Day 3. Mr. Kaissy try to extract the infected tooth and while doing so he broke additional tooth ( healthy one) next to the tooth that he could not fix In first place! And yes, trust you intelligence! That being said, I do not have any benefits of posting this comment or write any false info regarding this office! I just wrote review of my own experience and what happened during and post root canal procedure in this office! Dear reader, I have plenty of documents as well as pre and post procedure images! Be carful, very careful!

So happy I was referred to Dr. Kaissy he and Tayla helped me get in and the doctor went over all my options. Its really stressful needing an implant, but I felt better knowing what he could do for me and take it from there and not at the price I've been quoted from others.

Dr. Al Kaissy is by far the best dentist and implant doctor I have ever seen! I have had a multitude of mouth traumas over the years and not a big fan of the dentist to say the least. Dr. Al Kaissy truly is professional, kind, empathetic, patient and understanding man that takes pride in his work. He is meticulous with his attention to detail and always ensures that I am comfortable, not in any pain and that I am happy with the end results. The office staff Tammy, Taylor and SherryAnn are always welcoming and friendly. The entire team have been so supportive of my childish fears and have truly helped me to not only overcome them and be able to go to the dentist without having a panic attack but they also helped me get my pretty smile back! They welcome you with open arms, no matter what your previous dental situation was. I am getting work done there now and could not be more happy with the service I've received. I got a text asking how I was doing the day after a root canal. I'd give another star if I could!!

This is how my visit ended up with this office... in addition to getting postprocedure infection, problem was not fixed plus dentist broke a healthy tooth during procedure!

I went to Manchester Dentisty for a routine cleaning and to fix a crown from 20 years ago that broke. Haven't been to a dentist in a while because of the usual fear of going most have. A friend referred me to go and I am glad I listened. The staff is super friendly and the place was bright and spotless. The hygentist who did my cleaning and checkup was great. Super professional and my teeth felt great after, not like they usually do when I go to the chain dentist and are soar for days. I went back for a second time to have Dr Kaissy fix my crown which I figured would end up being an extraction since I let it go so long without fixing, not only was he able to save my tooth and have a new crown made it also cost less what what I expected and most importantly to me was it was basically painless having the procedure done.I am glad I listened the the person who referred me and would refer anyone to Dr Kaissy and Manchester Dentistry and Implants. Thank you to the fantastic staff and Dr Kaissy.

I got a few fillings done & the staff and dentist were amazing. VERY clean & kind and I'm a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will go there for my dental work! Thank you!

I went to Manchester Dentistry after not being able to get in to my usual dentist and I have now switched dentists because my experience was amazing! Both the dentist and hygienist took extreme care and attention to detail, completing a thorough evaluation and cleaning, before providing helpful recommendations! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Manchester area!!
