Manatee Endodontics was wonderful! I had a root canal done and was a little nervous about it, but Dr. Strimer, who was professional, with a kind nature and gentle touch was reassuring. My procedure only took a little over an hour and I was out the door and back to my normal activities. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing Endo care.

Being somewhat dental-phobic, I was not looking forward to a root canal. But I was pleasantly surprised with the superb, professional, friendly experience I received from Dr Strimer and staff! Best yet, I underwent no pain during or after the procedure. If you need a root canal, call Manatee Endontics!

Everything done by the doctor and his nurse was smoothe sailing and pain-free both visits and I was impressed with the doctors bedside manner and genuine caring for my situation. He helped me after discussing a few personal things and told his staff. Yet after the root canal was complete a different staff member in manatee at the desk during check out told me that I had to pay more than the doctor and I agreed upon. This wasn't done nicely at all. She was curt, quite rude and very harsh and mean about it. This was not the way, I'm sure, the doctor would like his office represented and I felt after a few months I'd write to share the very unpleasant end to my overall wonderful experience. If I had someone like her working for me she would no longer have a job. Feel free to call me if you want more details. Thank you again doctor for your kind help.

Friendly, comfortable and service driven. I was told how much my root canal would be when I made the appointment and that's how much it was.

Dr. J. DeJongh did a phenomenal job repairing an old root canal. He got me in an emergency visit while I was in incredible pain. The whole office was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this office as they made a painful situation a pleasant experience.

My experience was caring and professional. As a disabled customer, I was treated with respect as the staff went out of their way to accommodate my unique needs. In addition, the doctor and his assistant performed two root canals during separate visits, both of which had sterling results. The first was a revision of ten-year-old procedure that he did without charge since he now had access to updated technology. The second didn't even hurt the next day. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would unquestionably return to this office if the need arose.
