The company were great at first, I always inform the office that they should only perform services that are approved by my insurance company before I attend. However, they performed a service (deep cleaning which I didn't need) and knew it wasn't approved by my insurance, so they decided I should pay for it! I rejected paying the $233 plus..I disputed paying for such as they made me believe it was approved. I spoke to them several time about it and they admitted the error and they wouldn't bill me. They went ahead and sent my info to the Credit agencies and although I have a 799 rating it is still showing up hindering an over 800 rating...strong armed robbery :(

Absolutely excellent service! Had a emergency issue with a tooth and they referred me to where and what I needed and had the emergency situation all fixed in one day! Didn't skip a beat! I am so very pleased! Thank you!

Great place to go if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist! Every single employee has been super sweet, understanding and patient. I had to get fillings and the dentist was very kind and patient with me... I actually feel comfortable going here. Will definitely be a long time patient!

Don't go to this dentist office. They postponed my appointment 3 times in 2 months. Today they called me 3 hours before my 3rd reschedule appointment & totally disrespectfully told me to find another dentist because supposedly I wrote a bad review in 2018 at another associate of this dentist office. If I wrote a review that this office didn't like then they too must be a SCAMMER OPERATION which most likely will over charge you for work which doesn't need done. I highly recommend that you don't go to this type of disgusting business which wasted 2 months of my life waiting for an appointment which they cancelled without cause. Writing a bad review about a terrible experience at another office isn't a good reason to cancel me at this office.

Four years later: New Dentist, new staff, could give me an appointment if I was a cash patient. Could not 'fit me in' for an emergency if I am a member of a dental discount plan for which they are members. Had to go somewhere else. I had been dealing with mouth pain for about eight years and a number of dentists could not identify exactly which tooth was causing the facial pain. I called Manatee Dental yesterday because the pain had flared up and they were able to get me in right away. I showed Dr. Boss the tooth I thought was the culprit and he did an exam and took an x-ray. He did tell me he felt the tooth could be saved with a root canal but I told him I was so sick of the pain and just wanted it out. Dr. Boss was great! He is a master at giving shots and because of some allergy complications that I have, he stayed right with me while my mouth became numb and he extracted the tooth right away. This was not an easy tooth to remove but he kept stopping to give me a break and he made sure I was OK and that my opposing jaw was stable. He was very explicit and caring about post-op instructions and how to prevent post-op infection. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

The whole staff is awesome, very one is friendly and they care about their patients. Jessie is absolutely fantastic, and the office is very clean and safe. Dr. Kutsyk is great and by far the best experience I have had @ a dentist office.

Best cleaning I've ever had and I'm 80 and for the last 30 years have had 4 cleanings per year. Irene did the whole procedure without my feeling any paid or sensitivity. She is the best.
