I am extremely disappointment with the Receptation Lady who picked the phone. She is Rude and do not understand customer feeling. Asking personnel data who is not a patients. My friend recomended to me there. May be there ia good Doctor but staff are not qulify to work there.

My daughter was suffering from a dental emergency and her dentist office at the time was closed for vacation for several days, so I found Manassas Pediatric Dentistry on Google. Monica answered our call and was extremely helpful in getting us in the very same day, seen and treated. She walked us through our paperwork and explained in detail answers to every question I had. She was extremely friendly and great with my kiddos! She helped make our extremely stressful experience much less painful. I just wanted to give her some recognition because she's the reason we will be switching our kids to this location! Thank you Manassas Pediatric Dentistry and Monica!

The doctor is very nice but terrible costumer service by other staff at the desk, they said they will call us with the information about the cost and never called, even after my multiple calls, they never provided the information

I do not recommend this practice. I transferred my children to this practice after leaving another practice after 9 years; I barely made it 1 year here. So many things have happened in just under 1 year that I do not know where to begin but here are a few: *One of my child's caps fell off the evening after it was put on to which the dentist blamed my 5 year old for moving instead of acknowledging her lack of skill and behavior management while working with little ones. *This Dr has 3 locations (Manassas, Fredericksburg and Tysons) I've taken my children to Manassas and Fredericksburg because not all procedures can be done at all locations. So I've had them tell me work still needed to be done on teeth that was already done at another location because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, their systems are not linked and no one thought to call the other office to confirm anything before writing up the same teeth in a new plan. *Another one of my child's filing fell out a week after being put in. And when I called them (and sent a picture) they told me to bring her in. I understood that since they just worked on her tooth, they had the picture and knew what the problem was, they were going to fix it - instead he said he didn't have time to fix it and we needed to come back another day... so that means more time off from work. *The receptionist has told me that my child was scheduled for an appointment only for the appointment to not get booked in the system (two separate locations). Since I already put in for that specific day off, I had to plead my case to get my child seen. *Because there is a refundable deposit required for sedation, I have had difficulty getting the money back. They tried to ping-pong me back-and-forth with "the Manassas location has it" and "the Fredericksburg location has it." *My 13 year old who doesn't have cavities complained after her cleaning that the lady who did her cleaning was very rough. I asked her why didn't she say anything she said because she felt shy to do so; her gums were aching for nearly 2 days after the cleaning. I called another location in my area to transfer my children because I'm fed up. I vented with the receptionist for a few minutes to get things off my chest. The tell-tale sign that I'm doing the right thing and that these things (and maybe more) happen to many of Dr Kakar's clients is when I scheduled appointments for my children at the new place, the receptionist asked me for the dentist name so they can request my kids records. And when I said Dr Kakar on Digges Rd she kind of chuckled. I immediately got worried and said "oh no, please don't tell me you guys are affiliated with them" She said "no, it's not that. I'm just not surprised because we get a lot of customers calling to transfer from there." She didn't have to say that, I was already sold and had already scheduled all of my children, so, I believe her.

Wouldn't allow me to go in the back with my child while the gave her anesthesia said it was against their policy.. tried to get records of what they did do and they told me I had to pay 50 DOLLARS for each record. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!

THESE PEOPLE LIE LIE LIE!!! I CALLED YESTERDAY AND ASKED IF DR KAKER WAS WORKING IN MANASSAS OFFICE, THE RECEIPTIONIST SAID YES HE IS SO WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I AGAIN ASKED HER THAT THE APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE WITH DR KAKER, SHE SAID YES. AFTER MAKING APPT FOR MY 2ND CHILD, I ASKED HER AGAIN ABOUT APPT BEING WITH DR KAKER, SHE SAID YES IT IS. ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME THIS MORNING AND SAID MY INSURANCE DOESN'T ACCEPT DR KAKER. I TOLD HER I WILL CONFIRM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER DOING A CONFERENCE CALL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE RECEPTIONIST, CONFIRMING DR KAKER IS IN NETWORK, SHE SAID DR ODONEL IS SMTG IS NOT. I SAID MY APPT IS NOT WITH HIM, AND ITS WITH DR KAKER. SHE SAID DR KAKER DOESN'T EVEN WORK OUT IN MANASSAS LOCATION. SO BASICALLY, THEY LIED TO LURE ME IN SEEING ANOTHER DENTIST. SO WERE THEY GONNA TELL ME AT TIME OF MY APPT, YOUR APPT IS NOT WITH THE DENTIST YOU WANTED? EVEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST MAKE SURE YOU GUYS UPDATE THE PROVIDER LIST AS DR KAKER SHOWS AT MANASASSAS LOCATION. AFTER MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY DAY FOR THESE APPTS, I NOW HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF THIS LIE FROM THEM LURING CUSTOMERS IN TO SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER AND NOT ONE YOU REQUEST FOR. BE AWARE EVERYONE. MANASSAS LOCATION IS SCAMMERS, LIERS. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR, BECAUSE DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO POST THIS THEY DESERVE 000000000 NO STARS

The staff Nancy, Ninoshka, monica and Xiomally have over the years been very professional and sweet . The technicians in the back explain everything so its easy to underatand. Great job all around.

Truly always have a great experience coming here! I have to thank Maria at the front desk for always being so nice and courteous and Henry for always treating me and my family with such respect and always being able to answer our questions! Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone

First of all and this is my opinion THIS IS THE BEST DENTISTRY EVER. They are so kind and they also talk to sweetly. They always give u a free toothbrush and stickers for the little ones I just love it. I absolutely recommend this dentistry!!!
