I was seen by Dr. Kirpal and had my procedure that same day with Dr. Biscombe, Dr. Biscombe was extremely gentle and made the experience stress free for me! I have never been so calm while sitting in a dentist chair, but thanks to Dr. Biscombe I wasn't scared at all. He let me know everything he was doing as it was happening so I wouldn't be scared, I'm so glad I was able to be seen by the doctors in such a short notice.

I was never afraid of the dentist until I came to this place. In my opinion all they want is your money. I've never had trouble with my teeth until I came to this place. I was told I had 7 cavities (never had cavities) and when I asked for a second look they said "ok you have 5". During the procedure I was asked to raise my hand if I felt any pain/discomfort. When I did I was told "we're almost done you can hold out". If you have other options please use them. I feel like this place is only after the money. If I could give no stars I would Update had to get a filling fixed they put in about a year ago - shocker! Had everything taken care of at Dental House, best choice ever!!! The office was nicer, cleaner, & more competent hygienists (in my opinion of course).

I've been going here 17 years with all my kids (most now adults). For the umpteenth time, Robin at the front desk provided exceptional customer service / follow-up, and I couldn't put off writing a review any longer. I've had good experiences with the dentists and hygienists -- a long lasting crown and fillings, good cleanings, gentle treatment, good advice, and reasonable cost (no big sales pushes), etc. The latter is very important to me, and it's one of the main reasons I've stayed. I'm not looking for ambience or catered treatment, just reasonable, consistent and professional service that I can afford. So I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews here, as I've personally neither seen nor heard anything untoward over the years. No place is perfect, but I have to believe those experiences are anomalies.

If you're looking for a place to get your dental work done, look no further! I have literally been coming to this dentist since I was the age of 7 years old. I am now 28 - if that doesn't tell you anything, I don't know what will. Each time I come, I always have the pleasure of interacting with the amazing front office staff. A special special sincere shoutout to Ms. Robyn. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. She will make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end. When you walk in the door, you can already feel the warmth of the welcome. They also definitely make sure to work with your schedule (which they helped me for sure!). In addition, the dentists and staff take really good care of their patients and of course everyone's teeth. Again, if you're in search for a dentist, definitely come here! You will not be disappointed :)

The office got me in very fast and everything when well. The office sent me to have a tooth pulled but was told I had to have a root canal. The problems started when I called back to schedule another appointment. First I could not get a call back. Second I was told I would get a call after they contacted the doctors office that did the root canal. I never got a call back. After three days I called them and was told that the number I gave them was wrong. (Why wouldn't they call me for the correct number?) they seem like they are under staffed and everyone is in a big hurry. Not personal at all. Ever time I call in I'm put on hold and when I do get someone to come back I'm always told to hold again. If you want an office with complete disrespect for their patients this is the office for you. It's apparent they have no respect for you. Update. Funny how they respond months later and ask I call them. Wouldn't a responsible company who really cared want to get in contact with you?

When it comes to this dental office my mother (Delores Gee) speaks very highly on the excellent customer service and exceptional care she and my grandmother (before she passed away) receives every time they go there. If she ever has an issue the office would see her right away and really and truly care about their patients in this office. If ever you want an office and dentist who care look no further you have found the absolute best by trusting your dental needs in the had of Manassas Dental Center.

I highly recommend Manassas dental center. I have been coming here for years and never had a problem. Everyone is so polite and nice. And they're very honest people. The doctors are amazing. I moved to Stephens city 4 years ago and refuse to find a dentist close to home just because I'm so comfortable with Manassas dental center so the hour drive to me is worth it.

I recommend this place. I especially recommend Dr. B and his assistance. Dr. B was amazing. He is caring, gentle, and a perfectionist. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was not feeling scared, uncomfortable, or in pain. The whole staff has great customer service. A special sincere shoutout to Ms. Sandra from the front desk. She helped explain my insurance benefit and charges, and she even worked around my work schedule to get appointments that worked for me. I did not feel like the office was charging me without an explanation. The Hygienist and her assistant Brenda were also great. They both have very gentle hands, and I did not feel any pain or discomfort during my deep cleaning, I was terrified because my co-worker told me that it was a painful procedure. I also want to thanks Mr. Raul, who was extremely charismatic and a gentleman.
