Third time in a year they have cancelled my cleaning a day before. Poor practice. I legit haven't had a cleaning in over a year because they have canceled EVERY appointment they have rescheduled for me because of their short staff.

One time I had a male hygienist that did a great job cleaning before the dentist, all the other one times have had a female that didn't put in any effort, was forgetful, and just pure lazy. Oh yeah and sucks, very rough. If I'm gonna make the time to come to the dentist at least care about your job. Also had multiple appointments cancelled just a few days prior, once for no dentist, another for no hygienist. Always a wait in the waiting room even when I was the first appointment of the day and the only person in the waiting room. I will say the dentist my family has dealt with was great though. Just gonna try another nearby dentist going forward.

Very happy with how much this place has improved over the last few years. You must wear a mask and they follow all health protocols. Wait time can still be up to an hour sometimes, but I haven't had to wait longer than that. Staff is friendly and seems to care about the patients. Dentists rotate so you might get a different one on a different visit but they do their best to schedule you with the same one. Been using this office for over 8 years now and have seen it improve dramatically. Work I ve had done has been long lasting and they've also fixed work that other dentists have done that didn't last as long. Orthodontist has been the same as long as we've been going here. He did great work for our youngest and our youngest liked him quite a bit. Would recommend giving them a try.

Diagnosing and resolving a broken tooth emergency with a new cap was handled expeditiously and professionally. The full Team of Dentists and Specialists were top notch and personable. Dare I say, a pleasure...

Just when I thought I was going to actually lose a back tooth, Dr. Yuri and his assistant, Dave SAVED it! Like wow Im so happy. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. My kids and I have the best teeth all thanks to you !

My daughter had a 9am appt and we showed up at 8:50. Finally 10am rolls around and we are still waiting in the waiting room. I asked the front desk how much longer and was told, another 25-30 mins. Are you kidding me? I get some patients take longer than others, but dont overbook that you are making patients wait THAT long. It's ridiculous. I have seen Dr. Yuri for many years myself and Dr. Brown is great with the kids, but the rest of the staff (hygienists, assistants, and front desk), ALL need work. Many are so indifferent or just rude. I used to love it here, but it has gotten so bad, I got my kids medical records and am looking for a new dentist for her. As for myself, they have cancelled appointments over and over again, back to back, not put correct info in or not completed paperwork for insurance to approve procedures multiple times. Needed to get a deep cleaning done after having charting done, made appt for over a month and a half later(earliest avail.), showed up, didnt have anything done because of a loose tooth that she noted previously in the chart. Said I needed to see a periodontist first. Why wasnt I told that to begin with? THEN on top of everything, this office doesn't even have an oral surgeon OR a periodontist! They send me to CAPE May, which is the closest "sister" office with a perio. So needless to say, after all the waiting for both my daughter and myself, the rudeness, going to 3 different offices for 3 different doctors, all the cancelling and anything else I may have forgotten, my family WILL NOT return. I highly recommend no one going back here.

I came here for my first dentist appt in over 2 years. Had a horrible experience with the last dentist that just made me never want to go back. The dental assistants were great. The actual dentist who did my exam was so rude and seemed aggravatied by my presence. I scheduled a check-up, but they reccomended I get a deep cleaning. The dentist was annoyed, rushing, and very rough during my deep cleaning. I was charged $345 out of pocket for a deep 30 minute "deep cleaning". I called another reputable dentist in the area and he said the cleaning process should have been ATLEAST 45mins-1hr based on what I described to him. Beware and do your research because this office took advantage of the fact that I was not knowledgeable about what I needed. I was apprehensive about going back to the dentist since my last visit was very traumatizing. I just wish I would have chosen a dentist with more integrity.

Wait times for this dental office is ridiculous! Very disrespectful of your time. My kids gets grumpy waiting for two hours for the doctor. We will have to go somewhere else!

Can't ever reach anyone ever phone line is broken I was scheduled to come in to be told oh there's no doctor try again are they reimbursing my gas ?

They cancelled my sons appointment because there was no doctor. I had to wait an additional 4 months for a new appointment. Then when the appointment day finally arrived they informed me there was no doctor, so he could just get a cleaning. Told me I had to make a new appointment for X-rays and to see a doctor.... Which I'm guessing will be another wait time. They use to be good but the establishment is going down hill. There are never doctors available.

Horrible wait times. I've never seen an office overbook So badly in my life. I saw two people leave the practice the day I was waiting. If they could get their act together with scheduling it would be fine.

I broke two teeth. Went to place that specializes in implants, their estimate to repair the damage: $36,000. Dr DeMilt was able to solve the problem for $340.

Have an appointment? Great. You've only waited at least 2-4 weeks minimum to get in. Finally get in and arrive early, wonderful! Now you get to sit here and wait over an hour past your appointment time. Forgot your mask? To bad... they still require it and do not provide it. Get ready to walk out if you aren't prepared. That's just trying to get in for your appointment. Now try getting 2 crowns put on at the same time, for the dentist to actually say "I think they put the teeth on the wrong spots on the mold" switches them and ACTUALLY puts the wrong crowns on your teeth. How about your children? You know how scared they are to go to the dentist? Try having someone get nasty with your kid because they are afraid of the x ray machine. Dr brown is amazing dr Demilt is great. And that is what makes it difficult to walk away. But this staff and office need to get there stuff together. They have absolutely no care for the patients and will completely bully you. Good luck

Well my name is really Gina Martinez, my son set up my gmail. Well this office is the best office. First, the office is so sparkling clean which that's what I look at in every office. Secondly, from the front to the back the staff are so friendly, sypathetic and helpful. Finally, Dr. Yuri is the best dentist I have ever scene. He is do gentle well mannered, very knowledgeable, outstanding!! I'm afraid of the dentist I'm a scardy cat... but Dr. Yuri cured that fear. Also the oral surgeon is top notch! Very pleasant, also put me at ease. I love love love this office. I would recommend to all! Only complaint was from my 17 year old son he stated when getting his teeth cleaned hygenis was a bit rough and made his gums bleed, not very friendly she hurt him and this kid never complains. My 13 year old saw hygenis and he said a little rough.. so maybe this is more like don't look at as a negative but take this in and improve your technic.. still coming back!!!! My daughter loves Dr. Brown. She's amazing. I see Dr. Yuri and he is amazing. He takes his time & is very helpful. If he doesn't know something he will send you to a specialist. Dr. Nick hasn't been in that office since the pandemic. The wait times haven't been the best so I try and get in there early.

This review is solely because of Dr. Yuri and the other male dental hygienist, sadly I cant remember his name. Ever since a bad surgery with my teeth when I was younger I get horrible aniexty when it comes to the dentist. These two are amazing. And when my appointment is with yuri I'm never nervous. Hes very gentle and they both are very patient and friendly. Thank you guys so much for making my appointments alot easier on me.

It was good to see Dr. Yuri back. He is excellent. That being said, once again, I waited over a half hour from my appointment time. Amanda, the XRay tech, was great, but the hygienist, whose name I don't know because she didn't introduce herself was gruff, impersonal, and rough on the teeth. She even bruised my lip during the cleaning process. I do NOT want her again!
