Drs Malone & Huston take time with you. From the moment you walk inthe door you are greeted by staff who are friendly, personable, & helpful. Hygienists are professional, informed about products and services, and all have a caring bedside manner.

Been going to this office for 10 years and have been impressed with their service - from cleanings to crowns. Staff is always friendly and Drs Malone & Hueston are skilled. After a particularly long and difficult procedure, I was the last patient in the office after what I was sure their closing time. I apologized to Rose at the front for keeping them late and asked what time they normally close. She replied "Oh, we never leave until our patients are taken care of." Bless them!

I have been a patient, (and fan) of Dr Malone's practice for over15 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else !! The atmosphere and talent in this office is exceptional. Yesterday, Stacey did an exceptional, thorough cleaning and my teeth feel great. ONE of these days,....Rose WILL accept my marriage proposal !? (I hope). ; - S

Was there yesterday for semi annual check up and cleaning. Staff was excellent as always. Dental Hygienist was excellent and caring for my comfort. Dr Heuston has a great personality and very good at explaining everything. Great job by all. Also appreciate the fact they are veteran friendly. 6/9/2022 Back again same as before! Excellent care. Only complaint couldn't schedule next visit till 8 months.

Great experience all around. Rose was very friendly and warm, Stacey did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Hueston was personable and thorough. I have my next two appointments scheduled already. Am I looking forward to them? Strangely, yes! A true testament to their awesomeness.

I recently experienced my first appointment with Dr. Malone's practice and was highly impressed with the staff's professionalism and friendliness. The cleaning techniques were state of the art and the hygienist was thorough, talented and explained everything about her procedures up front. Dr. Hueston was clearly knowledgeable and a good communicator. I am very happy that I landed here after moving to the area.

My dentist of 25 years no longer takes Delta Dental, so luckily Dr. Malone accepted me as a patient. As stated in other reviews, the entire staff is so kind and welcoming. I personally know two of the staff members, so that made the experience even more comfortable. Amazing customer service from everyone!

Everyone is this office is a class act, professional and so kind. Hands down, the best dental office in northern Michigan. As soon as you walk in the door you know you are in good hands. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

As usual, staff very friendly and accommodating. Dr Hueston does a great job - gentle and efficient. I actually fell asleep while he was drilling my tooth!

I am new patient trying to schedule an appointment. I tried to call to schedule an appointment. Phones didn't connect so I submitted an email online. They did call me. But I was working. I try to call back almost six times over three days only to find the call wouldn't go through or I'd get a fax dial tone. I sent another email inquiry asking someone to call me. I waited a couple days. Tried to call again and got the same result. Sent another email. It's now been three business days since that email with no response. Disappointing experience. I expected better.
