They were fantastic. My 12 son broke his tooth on a Saturday evening. Walked in on Sunday and they were so great with him. Explained each step they were doing to repair his tooth. He was so happy and smiling again when we left. I truly can't thank them enough.

What an awful experience. My cheek is swollen. You can see I'm in pain. I'm near tears and I'm given a script for ibuprofen for 2 days. I've been taking mega amounts of ibuprofen at home already and it's not helping. Then we get to the evaluation part. I don't remember signing up for humiliation. The male dentist was only seeing dollar signs. He insulted me then told me no dentist around would take my insurance. He kept saying I needed this and that. I need 2 teeth pulled and he said I needed IV sedation. Are you kidding me. I had 2 teeth pulled at 16 years old just fine without IV sedation. Just anything to try to make a dollar. So disgusting. I heard him doing the same thing to the guy I front of me. No wonder people hate going to the dentist.

The staff was able to get me & my throbbing tooth that I'd lost a filling on right away! I was nearly in tears from the pain & they numbed me up before I had to do anything else. Very professional & friendly! UPDATE! I continued going to this office & the office with the same owner located off Buttermilk Pike & for almost every visit I later received a statement from my insurance company & realized I was overcharged. Upon calling the office, I was told to provide the insurance statement & overpayments would be refunded to me. It'd been at least 6 months since the first overpayment & received no refund of the overpayment or notification whatsoever from the office notifying me of it. Had I not ever called & ASKED about the overpayment, I would've never gotten what I overpaid back!! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU PAY THIS OFFICE & WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS!!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHATEVER YOU OVERPAY UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT!!!

I been thur it with dentist ,ok dentist, and really bad ones, this office and dentist were awsum got me in very next day after first call it wasn't over booked were you sit and sit till they show up they up they took me right in and got my x-rays and I had a bad cavity thought might have to have a root canal but she saved my tooth and only filled it,and was very gentle on my with the numbing no pain with that so nice when they know how to do the injection right dr. was gentle and very precise on placing filling on extra debris let to linger for later smooth tooth Iam going back because she was great and office staff were exceptional too looking for my permanent dentist if you want a dental office and dentist that treat you right and quickly this is the place

The staff was so friendly and helpful I forgot I was at the dentist. All smiles and compassion and the dentist herself was very helpful, she told me what needed done and what she couldn't do she referred me with no hesitation. I will be going there for all my dental needs from here on.

I was in a lot of pain when I came in to the Office. Every body was very helpful.. the assistant Sheri went out of her way to insure that I was as comfortable as possible.. Vickie at the front desk set down with me and went over the treatment plan and explained all my options.. she was very nice and concerned for my comfort as she set through my exam with the doctor and could tell I was in pain.. I want to thank every one for there assistance today.. I would highly recommend this dentist office...

I had a root canal today and I was super nervous and when Krisden called me to confirm my appointment she told me it would be a breeze and I had nothing to worry about well she was right! Her and Dr.K were so amazing and nice also it was fast! Even while i was waiting on the numbing to kick it Krisden talked to me the whole time and eased my mind. Every time I go to this office they are so polite! I will never go anywhere else i love this office

Had a great experience with the dentist and the nurse I forgot the names of them both but they was awesome!!! Didn't make me feel bad at all with getting my tooth pulled. Was very professional!!!

Brittany the office manager is amazing. She is so kind and understanding. I really like the doctor and assistant. She is very nice and I highly recommend this place for emergencies.

Updating because of the multiple cancellations on their end. If you saw my previous review for them it was positive. But time tells all. Its frustrating when I get text asking me to confirm appointment and if miss the appointment it would be a $100 fee. But I take off work and they rescheduled that doesn't mean anything. FYI I never canceled on them once. I am no longer going to use this place and I would have to warn people of their cancellation issues . Two of my last three appointments have been canceled by them. I will not give them a chance to cancel on me a 3rd time. I will probably not get my second teeth cleaning of the year. Thanks Mall Road Dental Center for helping me not be able to take advantage of the dental coverage/insurance I pay for. It won't happen again. Thanks, Eddie Hunt

Dr. Sadrinia is a very good dentist. He worked thoroughly on my rotten teeth and I have had no more problem with them. I'd recommend him highly to other people who need dental services.
