We've received nothing but above average care from this office. They're dental technicians do a great job. We have been with them for years. However today we received a phone call from the office and a not very pleasant woman informed my wife that all of our appointments had all been canceled and we have a balance that has been put into collections and they will no longer be doing business with us. We knew we had a small outstanding balance but I've always paid in full whatever was owed on our next visit. Our recent appointments had been canceled due to dental tech shortages and had been pushed out 6 months or more which we completely understood. I just feel like a phone call before we were put into collections instead of after would have benefited both parties. I would have gladly paid them up to avoid this. We're devastated and slightly humiliated. I called them back after my wife informed me and the unpleasant woman said that after 3 invoices it goes directly into collections and it's out of their hands and that we should probably start looking for a new dentist.

In the past I was always nervous about going to the dentist. I dreaded it. Not because my teeth were in bad shape but because of bad experiences. I switched to Malinoski & Assoc. 6 years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made for my teeth! No pain and my teeth feel nice and clean after. The staff is top of the line. Lori is amazing, not only with me, but with my kids also. You will not be disappointed!

In the past I was always nervous about going to the dentist. I dreaded it. Not because my teeth were in bad shape but because of bad experiences. I switched to Malinoski & Assoc. 6 years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made for my teeth! No pain and my teeth feel nice and clean after. The staff is top of the line. Lori is amazing, not only with me, but with my kids also. You will not be disappointed!

I was basically told no to get a crown done even though I had a tooth break 3 times this year alone, The original owner was fantastic but is now under new management, save your time folks

Straight to the point. Fast and comfortable. No scams like I've had before(was told by my last dentist I had 9 cavities when Malinoski said I only had 2). Highly highly recommend

I'm new to town. I have an aching tooth. Now that we're finished moving cross-country I can finally see a dentist and get my treatment started. Called this office this morning only to be told that they don't do "emergency" appointments and the soonest I could get in would be in 6 weeks! They expect me to just sit tight for 6 weeks while my jaw throbs? What "compassion!" I feel like I've dodged a bullet with this one. All those glowing reviews must be for cleanings!
