Dr Sturgeon is hands down the best dentist that has ever cared for me. He is intelligent kind gentle and doesn't try to hard sell services that aren't needed. I am grateful for the new smile he crafted. It was life changing.

Dr. David Sturgeon is the best dentist I've ever been treated by. He truly cares about his patient's well-being & comfort. His work is thorough and accurate. There is so much distress around dentistry and it's completely withdrawn when you're in the care of a dentist who doesn't treat you like another number on their checklist. Always open, more than willing to discuss your concerns & questions, and admiral bedside manner. A true example of what a Dentist should be!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dishonest, barbaric, decades-outdated dentistry at exorbitant prices! - Stole $3365 from me, which they REFUSED to refund. I now need $6000-$9000 in urgent dental work! - Removed intact crown without my informed consent (costing me $2000 to replace elsewhere). - Lied on my dental records to cover-up the above. - Recommended a COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY $2000 root canal!

I'm from Bend, Oregon I came to California on a little getaway, I had a cracked tooth and in lots of pain around my whole mouth that's when I chose Malibu Dental my experience has been excellent! I enjoy the friendly staff and comfortable environment! Not only has Dr Sturgeon took his time to save my smile, he's worked very hard to get me in the office quickly and as best fits my schedule. I highly recommend Malibu Dental, and will gladly fly down from Oregon to Malibu Dental if I ever need dental help again! Thank you JJ, staff, and Dr Sturgeon!
