Horrible place! I had to change dentists and my mom was bring my 12 yr old to see him for the first time. I understand that due to COVID there are new guidelines to follow. That being said they would not let my mom go in with my minor child! And since my mom was refusing to let my minor go in alone, the dentist said, maybe you just leave and it not right place for you. What kind of dr is ok with being alone with a minor?! Not one I would send my child to or should anyone else!

I have been going to this dentist for almost 20 years. I hate it and will not return!! Today, I had a dentist appointment and they called to confirm yesterday and today. I called back and confirmed today since yesterday when I called back, no one answered. I am totally pissed because when I arrived today, they just now stated to me that I have a $30 cancellation fee that I have never been informed of out of all these years. The receptionist claims that a notification of that has been on the walls since 2009. Okay fine and dandy, but how am I going to see the D*** notification behind my head on the wall and not in front of me when I face the receptionist??? I walked out and NEVER WILL RETURN!!! Also, the dentist does nothing but cleanings. No teeth pulling no braces no nothing, just HIGH PRICES REFERRALS!!!! Good Luck!
