This is my 2nd time there and going to be more. The staff and Doctor are so nice and friendly. They treat all the people that come through the door like family. They talk to you during the visit while getting treated like a friend or family member by the time you think now I'm ready you're done. They talk you through everything no jitters or anxiety there. Hands down one of the best places I've visited. I highly recommend this place. I'm beyond satisfied.

They are great people who treat you like a human from the minute you walk through the door. The work that they do is above and beyond what any other dentist do. Myself and my family have been going to them since they took over, and I always refer them without hesitation!!

Tooth filling was terribly done.High point of tooth was not checked properly once filling is done which broke the teeth in to half.

I was just about to leave this place until I had Lisa Nguyen as my hygienist. Her work is so meticulous that I did not feel any pain at all, which I didn't know was even possible in dentistry. The difference in skill that she possesses is night and day when compared to the other hygienists I've had here. Her work exemplifies the high standard that patients expect. You don't come across talent like this often.

What can I tell you about Malden Dentistry And Braces dentists. Not good. Dr Graciela Ducasse-Pilarte, is EXTREMELY RUDE. I went to see her for dental work, I was not happy about the fact that I had to wait little over 30 min before she came to talk to me, and after I said that I was leaving. She takes more than one patient at the same time. She makes you wait while she is working on someone else teeth. I would not recommend this doctor, neither the place. BAD BAD BAD customer service. I have to go to work too. Her answer was, literally, "HERE IS THE DOOR". She went to school for a long time to become a dentist, but she never learned good manners. If I could rate this dentist a "0", I would!

4/16/19 I have scheduled appointment for today at 4.30 pm and I gave insurance information for verify. Then I confirmed, is it in coverage or not? Everything is good but when I arrived I wait 30 minutes and then they said we are sorry for today we can not help you because now available doctors are not in network for your insurance. Any way who works at reception takes time but nothing happen.

This office suffers from poor communication. Most offices give a lot of information when scheduling an oral surgery consultation, but not this one. I had to wait a half hour past my appointment to be seen despite arriving early for paperwork. Unfortunately, there is no free parking adjacent to this office, so their lateness presents a problem. Finally sitting down, I learn that I've been scheduled for an emergency extraction & they were ready to remove my tooth without a consultation! After explaining that I scheduled a consultation, I was told I would need to have a consultation with another doctor at a later date in addition to my appointment that day for absolutely no purpose. After all that, their doctor wasn't even available & they referred me elsewhere. Because of their lack of communication, I wasted time & money in exchange for nothing. Another note: their paperwork specifies that 48 hours notice is required to cancel appointments, while their sign in the office says 24. Communication is severely lacking here I wouldn't recommend to anyone expecting any kind of attentive service or anyone watching costs.
