For a long time, I was looking for a Prosthodontist for my sister she had a condition with her lower jaw witch she had no bone left, she was not a candidate for liquid bone or implants, then I found Makris Dental. To start the staff is great very accommodating, friendly, and provide great he took the customer service. Dr Elizabeta Cokovska was amazing, after examining my sister she explained with detail what she needed, my sister is extremely happy with the results, most important she is able to eat correctly and by been able to masticate her food correctly her acid reflux has improved 90%, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Cokovska and I highly recommend her service. Thank you for making my sister smile again.

The receptionist was rude to me and a dental technician who called the office requesting my records. I was given a panoramic x-ray and bite wings and two photos in the area of concern. When a dental technician called for information, the receptionist insisted all I had was panoramic. I was seen on Monday for a crown replacement. Dr. recommended a "build up". As of Thursday, the dental office had not followed up with the VA requesting additional procedure. If the VA had not followed up by calling Makris, I would not be receiving dental care. This would possibly cause me to lose a tooth. Very poor service!

My previous dentist, Dr. Maya in Key Largo, Fl. thankfully researched your practice and then referred me to you with confidence!! Elizabeth from Dr. Maya's office emailed all my information to your staff the end of March 2022. Marija contacted me right away and scheduled my appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Marija is truly amazing and is very kind to me every time I step into your beautiful front door! Your front office staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. What an amazing staff and facility!! Your "right hand" Raquel is truly awesome and caring. Love her comforting personality and especially her very skilled hands! Except for a significant wait, I found this a very pleasant, even relaxing dentist visit if you can imagine those words and dentist cohabiting the same sentence! The staff was kind and friendly. The dentist was informative and gentle. Almost a 5 star experience. Beverley Hitt

After 6 months of care at Makris it is the hight time to share my experience. I came at this practice based on my friends recomandation and I never looked back. First of all I am not a normal case, I am probably the type of grinder who wake you up in the night and you feel like kicking my amazing butt out of the bed just to have a good night sleep. Imagine the type of problems I came in for since I am ashamed to post pictures with before Makris. I will definitely show picture with after Makris. Dr Cokovska, Marija, Raquel and every one of the stuff were beyond professional, were friendly, understanding, accommodating and most of all human beings. If you want the best technology on the market, years of experience, proper treatment and materials, certainty that your health is taking care for, of course you will pay the normal price but you will never feel sorry for it, just relief and ready to enjoy life and the smile you ever wanted. What truly amazed me was that I didn't find just a practice atmosphere but family like environment who made me feel welcomed, understood and taken care like in no other place. Thank you for my journey!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Elizabeta Cokovska and the staff at Makris Dental. I was referred to Dr. Cokovska with an extremely complex case involving failed dental implants. Right from the start, Dr. Cokovska performed a detailed examination, she took the time to explain what happened, what could be done, and how we should proceed for the best outcome possible. Because of my situation, the correction took over a year to complete but it was so well worth every visit made. I finally have my smile back. It feels incredible to fully smile again. My implants look amazing. They feel natural and look like my own teeth. The enamel is a perfect match. I feel like I gained such a big part of myself back again. This would have not happened without the professional, experienced and true dedication of Dr. Cokovska. She is at the top of her profession. Caring, kind, and a perfectionist who will not accept anything less than what she would accept for herself. She makes you feel like family. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Cokovska to provide everyone with 5-star results. Her dental practice is immaculate from the cleanliness of the facility to the care she takes to provide proper patient safety protocols and all the latest tools and dental technology to perform top-notch work. First of all I cannot thank enough Dr. Cokovska and her team for all they have done for me! The front desk girls, Maria and Christina are very welcoming, polite, patient and caring. They always answer the phone and if there is no answer, they always call back. Raquel is an amazing assistant! She is very patient, professional, loving, kind and notices every little detail. When she was doing my temporary crowns she put lots of time and effort to make it feel and look natural. The team that was assembled is very amazing! I have not seen that in other offices. I have been looking for a dentist and particularly a prosthodontist to help me with the issue that I have been suffering with for over 2 years. I saw many doctors who worked on my teeth. It came to the point where the doctors wanted to extract my teeth and no one wanted to fix the issue. I was constantly in so much pain and discomfort. After many researches I am so glad I found Dr. Elizabeta Cokovka on google, and decided to give her a try even thou it's almost 2 hour drive for me. She was able to diagnose the problem, explain to me in plain English what needs to be done, she listened patiently to all my concerns and believed me and was able to save all my teeth. I have a sensitive mouth and had to go back several times after she did the work, the Dr. was always happy to see me and make the necessary adjustments. This is my first encounter with a dentist that treated me like a human and did not consider themselves to be a god. The Dr. Elizabeta Cokovka had to use a lot of patience on me and I cannot express how grateful I am. Dr. Elizabeta Cokovka is very patient, loving, kind, intelligent, professional, has a tender heart, listens to her patients and cares about their concerns, smart, experienced and uses the latest technology. She is not afraid to face the hard complicated cases and patients with sensitive mouth like me. She did lots of work on my mouth, 3 crowns, saved 2 teeth from extraction and root canal retreat. She was able to redo 2 crowns that were done by previous 2 dentists who refused to redo their work, which caused me lots of pain and torment because of improper placement. She did a filling on a tooth and made a new mouth guard and she already done 2 regular cleanings since I started seeing her. She also made several adjustments on the crowns that were done by other doctors. Dr. Elizabeta Cokovka and her staff helped with lots of paperwork for the insurance and other reimbursements on my behalf. She always goes above and beyond of what a typical doctor does. She truly deserves more than a 5 star review. She has been a blessing for me and I am finally pain free after being in constant pain for over 2 years! The office is very contemporary and looks like an upscale salon or a spa, not a dental clinic. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and everything is very clean. While you wait, they even offer a variety of complimentary drinks. I have already referred people to this place and will continue to refer others. It's totally worth the drive for me from Lakeland. Thank you Dr. Elizabeta Cokovka and all your staff for all you do and may God continue to bless and increase your business!

Everyone was professional and treated me very well. The waiting room and the exam rooms were spotless. Dr. Cokovska was very knowledgeable. She was so gentle, I didn't feel anything. I would highly recommend going there.

I emailed this office before 7am because i was in pain and before 8am I received a call back to schedule my appointment for the same day :) The care i received starting with front desk Shivani and Dr Assistant Raquel was amazing. They were very friendly and always smiling. Then Dr. Cokovska came and she was so sweet and professional. She took care of my pain right way. I would definitely advise you all to try this office for all your dentist needs. Thank you all at Makris Dental. See you all soon.

Makris Dental Staff & Dr. Cokovska are truly amazing. Before a friend told me about Dr. Cokovska I did not have a place to go for my dental hygiene, I was going to different places and prayed I didn't need anything major. But now I drive an hour to get my regular cleaning, I already had 3 crowns and some minor fillings and just feel amazing about how I am greeted and taken care of at Makris Dental. Now i have my whole family going there and hope you will too. The professionalism, knowledge and most of all a sincere calm approach about any situation is reassuring they know what they are doing. Can't forget to mention how beautiful their office is and staff always welcoming!

I have been several times to this office and appreciate all that they have done for me. Dr. Cokovska was able to replace my fillings without numbing my mouth. I get off work late so the office was able to work with me for late nights and weekends. Office looks nice and is very clean. The front staff are always polite to me. They allowed my kids to wait in the lobby while they were working with me.

My experience with Markus Dental has not only made me healthy again but most of all made my life back to normal with a perfect set of dentures they fit and look so good that u can't tell the difference and my family most of all can't believe how my life has change foe the best thank you so much for such a great staff and most of Ms Markis the most gentle hands and such a wonderful person thanks again.
