There service is good but the phone service is very bad I had to reschedule a appointment it kept on telling me your the next caller in line after holding for one hour someone answered and said they can't hear me and hung up i was very disappointed.

My daughter is getting braces here. The staff is nice and the service is good. Angela is out of this world fantastic! We had a braces emergency (our fault not theirs) and she saved us!

First time was great they were super patient. But this last visit they were super rude. Did not like how the doctor snapped and spoke to me the way she did as I was trying to calm my daughter down. Hope she doesn't snap at other patients or parents like that.

Receptionist seemed frustrated and irritated to be on the phone soon as she answered. That was enough for me to not want to got there.

I have been bringing my son here for over 9 years and will not take him anywhere else. In the 9 years we have only had one issue where our insurance didn't cover something they thought would be and they ended up removing the charge from our account. I highly recommend you check them out. I trust the recommendations they give and they don't try to push something that is not needed.

Very poor Customer Service, the front desk personnel are not helpful in regards our concerns, I made an appointment through the General Number for an specific item needed for our child and that information did not get entered correctly in their system hence the front desk would not offered an option for us from their own mistake. I do not recommend this place, they also overcharge the services.

Great orthopaedic care. They gave several options to address my son's dental issues, and had plenty of appointment times available. Glad we're here for my sons braces.

I was here on time at my appointment and was told at 9:10 that I would have to reschedule because they did not have forms available for me to complete at the office. I took off work for this appointment and was at the appointment on time. This was a waste of time the associate was rude and did not tell me to complete the form in 10 mins or less.
