So disappointed with this office. Never pick up the phone. I can't even reach the direct number they gave me to make a payment for the surgery. I've driven there twice to check with the treatment plan and payment options because it's so difficult to reach this office! Yesterday i stopped by again to find out that monday is reseved for adult patients and there is nobody from pediatric office who can help me. I left the message and still nobody called me. Ridiculous!!

Love coming to this office they are so kid friendly all 3 of my children love going to the dentist now!!! Thanks make a smile all of you guys are awesome!

I would highly recommend this dental office. All of the staff are very friendly. I use them for all 3 of my kids.

Negative 10 Stars this place is horrible but making an appointment I told them I had to bring my twin size as I would be able to get back to get him from school they said no problem I got there they told me he could not come back in the room so I was walking back and forth between the waiting room the dentist decided to take it upon herself to start doing injections while I was not in the room my daughter was horrified terrified trying my daughter has had a crown put on by previous dentist smiling I would not bring my kids to this place ever again

The nicest office staff around! Very helpful and so sweet to the kids. Britney is very helpful at scheduling all the needed appts for my 3 kids with lots of needs!

We love Make a Smile, I use them for all 3 of my kids. They are so friendly and helpful. My kids are fearful of the dentist, but actually like coming here. We are always treated very well at Make A Smile. Vicky is the absolute best!!! I would highly recommend this dental office. All of the staff are very friendly.

This place is great! Every time I've been here, I've felt safe and more than happy with their service, not to mention all of the dentists and staff are super nice! Specifically the receptionist, Brittany, and one of the staff who worked on my teeth, Vicky.

Dr. Martha and the entire staff are amazing. My 5 year old son is not an easy patient! They made him so comfortable and we're very understanding and sweet. The facility is also very clean!

I think all the posts from the community pages on Facebook will confirm how awful this place is. Rude. Lies. Overcharged. Just a corporate place who racks in the money and treats kids awfully!!! Not Covid clean either. Rocklin and Lincoln the worst!!!

We love Make a Smile! Britney at the front desk is always super friendly and efficient, and Dr Martha, Vicky, Irma, Jessica and Angela are amazing. We've been coming here for 14 years now, and it's so nice seeing the same familiar faces over the years.
