After waiting over a month for a consultation I was called a couple of days before my appointment and was told to come in early to fill out some paperwork. I was also e-mailed a confirmation e-mail. I showed up early as requested and was told my appointment had been canceled. She said they called me at 9:14 and didn't leave a message. I don't know why they didn't call me again or text me or even e-mail like they did for the confirmation. The lady was unapologetic and didn't seem to care that they wasted my time and I lost a days pay. No explanation on why a second call wasn't made or a email wasn't sent. They wanted to to schedule another appointment but it be two more weeks. No thanks they clearly don't care about wasting my time and don't feel the need to apologize for putting no effort into making sure I knew that my appointment had been canceled. If you like feeling like you don't matter this is how they made me feel. All I can say is stay away

Our recent experience at Make a Smile was an overwhelmingly positive experience in correlation to the prompt services provided, such as the ambivalent atmosphere apparent that ultimately derived a satisfactory visit. In addition, I implore other various patients to make a visit to Make A Smile, as an equipped establishment that can evidently fulfill all their various dentistry needs.

My son and I went in to his appointment, this office is the first place that we have been see on time for an appointment Which which was very helpful because I had my 2 1/2-year-old granddaugher. This office is very friendly and inviting. The Doctor was very professional thorough and explain things to me in a way that I could understand.

What kind of business comes to you 4 years later saying "Sorry your insurance doesn't cover the service we provided... 4 years ago!!!" Insane business practice, also a warning to anyone considering this place, they may come after you after 4 years of no contact because they can't figure out their accounting.

Terrible service from 4 years ago that they finally got around to billing for now, what kind of business holds onto a bill for 4 years? Get your act together! WARNING TO ALL PARENTS they will bill you up to 4 YEARS later after no contact during those 4 years.

My son got his orthodontic treatment through Make a smile dental. His retainer cracked within 6 months of getting it from the orthodontist's office. We paid $500 for the retainers. When my son went for his 6 month retainer check, he told the orthodontist that the retainer cracked. The orthodontist told my son that it is ok for my son to keep wearing the cracked retainer till he starts to have pain in his teeth. If he develops pain, it indicates that his teeth have shifted and then he needs to get a new retainer made. Unfortunately, for no fault of ours, the orthodontist did not document this discussion in the note. The orthodontist was very overbooked and my son had to wait for almost 2 hours to be seen and the orthodontist spent less than one minute with my son for the visit. I called the office and spoke to Carolina , the Orthodontics manager and asked her to make another retainer for free and she declined to do that. She said that the best she can do is to give a $50 discount on the cost of the new retainer. She informed me that there are 3 options for retainers -Essix that we paid for, Hawley and Vivera ( $750 for 4 sets). When the staff from make a smile talked to me over the phone about retainers, they only gave me 2 options- Essix and Hawley and we chose Essix. Had I known about Vivera option, I would have chosen Vivera since my son would have gotten 4 sets for $250 more than what we paid for one set of retainers.

Had a great experience there. Check in was fast and easy since I did All that I needed to online before going in. Everyone was helpful and informative which made it much easier. Out of all the dentists I've been too this is the ones

They were amazing here! Deon, the assistant and Norma the doctor were so great with my son! Jessica at the front desk was cheery and super helpful! Love it here!

I was referred here by my normal dentist to get a root canal. I have been trying to schedule it for the last month I believe. I call every couple of days usually can't get ahold of anyone so I leave a message with me name, phone number, and what I'm calling about. I have yet to receive a call back after multiple messages. The one time I did get ahold of someone they said the person who would schedule that was with someone else so they would give them my information and they would call me back. That was 3-4 weeks ago I believe and still no call back. I have attempted to call since then as well. So the phone customer support is just not there. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the people at the actual location were really friendly the one time I was there prior. If you can avoid it don't use their phone number because you'll never get a call back. Unless they just have it out for me specifically haha

Stay Away - This place first off tried to charge me an extra $280 for a root canal - My insurance denied it but this pushed my appointment out because Make A Smile needed Pre-authorization. Then I go to my appointment for my root canal. They take two X-rays sit me down and the doctor tells me he doesn't want to do it because it will need to be extracted. So, no work done. However, they still kept $50 dollars of a $100 dollar appointment holder because there was a (consultation) done. The doctor literally just looked at the X-rays and told me he didn't want to do it. He didn't even look at the tooth! On top of that - I just went to my general dentist again who said that the tooth can totally be saved and didn't need to be extracted. I am now set up with another doctor for the root canal who confirmed the same thing - No Extraction needed. This place will just push you towards the most expensive options even if they are not needed.

Our family loves this place. The customer service is excellent. The front desk ladies are awesome and so helpful! The dentists are fun and friendly and make my kids feel comfortable. The hygienists are very patient. I like that there are TV's in the ceilings to entertain the patients. They have done a great job with safety during Covid-19. They have an excellent system in place. I would highly recommend Make A Smile.

Everyone is extremely sweet and they make sure everything feels good when you get braces done and overall a great place to go to.
