Very nice doctors and people in this office. My 5 year old daughter does very well without nitrous here as they tell her their every step and keeps her very calm. She came 5x in the past 2 months. My only complaint is they have rooms that does not have enough space for the parent to sit inside. My daughter likes to be able to see me while she's getting her procedure done. Our last visit, they gave us a room where I had to sit outside. There were a lot of other empty rooms but they said that's the only room available. If this matters to you, ask them before making your appt to get you a room where you can sit inside with your child. I almost refused service today because of this.

i used to go here for my regular dental cleaning as a child and it was fine. nice environment for children and the staff were nice. however, big mistake was when my parents decided to do my ortho here too. the process was fine, or so i thought. i had braces for two years and got them off at the beginning of high school. i had a pretty big overbite which was the reason. when i got my braces off, i noticed that my bottom teeth touched my two front teeth when i bit down normally. i didn't realize this wasn't normal, though. i was only 13! after many years, i go to a new dentist and the first thing they notice is my bite and recommended me to get braces again. i obviously didn't want to so i just dealt with it. then i started forming recession on one of my back teeth because of my bite. now that area is extremely sensitive to cold and it's been bothering me for years, and i don't know what other kind of problems it could cause in the future. my teeth look nice, yes, but i don't know what kind of careless mistake this place's orthodontist was making when they decided to take my braces off. i honestly think i should've had them on for longer so they could've fixed my bite properly. please NEVER get your braces done here. i'm gonna be paying for their mistakes for the rest of my life now :/

Thank you to Sabrina, Dion, Angela and Jessica for a great experience with my two boys. My 4 year is very apprehensive about the dentist and our visit went great! Great with kids and made it a very fun experience for them.

I asked for a note here they would not give my note in person they said process is calling I call ask to speak to the staff because their note were not accurate over phone you speak to a call center they cant help with wisdom teeth removal at the appointment but on notes says I refused wich is not true you guys suck with your service and confirm your appointment or your waiting another month or so .

My interaction with a couple of the girls answering the phone was OUTSTANDING! One by the name of Pricilla and I can't remember the other lady's name. But they both went way out of their way to help me with issues I was experiencing with my insurance company as well as doing their best to get my son in for his wisdom teeth extractions asap. He hasn't had his teeth extracted yet, but he was not impressed by the Drs. bedside manner. He felt like she was very rushed and didn't explain the procedure or what was to be expected very well at all. So hopefully she will have a much different approach on surgery day. But Pricilla and the other young lady get five ++ stars!!

I have been here for the last couple times and the staff/ doctors are super friendly and professional. They are very thorough and informative about the whole procedure as we process through my appointment.

I really appreciate Jessica at the front desk . She was very helpful and got us in the back fast . Also it's very clean and they make sure we were able to get in and out . I highly recommend this dentist . My daughters love it here . Very friendly staff.

I went there for my wisdom teeth surgery and they were TERRIBLE at communicating. When I walked in they said Annabelle I said yes and they took my temperature and took me back they didn't make sure I had a ride or talk to me about payment nothing. I had to ask them about my proscriptions and ask if they could send them over so my ride could go pick them up while I was in surgery and the lady who took me back said to me "I don't know if the doctor is going to proscribe anything" and then they didn't communicate with me if they were going to put me under or give me laughing gas. I have really bad anxiety so I was thinking they would put me under but they did not. I was sitting in the chair crying the whole time. This was the worst and most traumatic dental experience I've ever had. They were very unprofessional. I called to see the doctor for a follow up because my one didn't heal up correctly and he never answered or called me back I went in to see if I could see someone and they told me no one was there and took my name and number to Call me back and no one has called me back. And now I have a infection in my mouth

My daughter has had bad experiences in the past at other dentists and I honestly thought I was going to have to let them put her sleep to get her dental Work done. But fortunately I brought her here and they have been nothing but amazing. They are so patient and explain everything to my daughter that she feel so comfortable and allows them to do the work. They also explain to the parent the work that will be done to the child prior to the dental appointment and also minutes before the work is done. They work fast and efficiently, I recommend this place to any parent who has a child that dislikes the dentist, they will definitely feel comfortable here.

Make a smile/Elk Grove staff are truly professionals, compassionate and very considerate. We came to them with a entire year of excuses and procrastination from our former Dentist. Our first visit was a bit confusing due to the mix up on what tooth number needed extraction. Sandy, took control of the situation and made all the arrangements with all parties involved to get the procedure done in a timely manner, and put my mind at ease. I most definitely would recommend them to EVERYBODY! Catie M

My daughter needed special treatment as she has an extra teeth and it's pushing her front teeth forward. So she was transferred by her dentist here to get her extra tooth extracted. They really keep you informed about all the information I need to know and the consultation was clear and I felt comfortable with the procedure. Also the staff here are friendly and very helpful.

Billing department doesn't make any sense. I feel like they just want to charge you. For something even if they weren't suppose too. I guess that my Cue to go to another dental. Smh

On the second visit beautiful young lady named Avalon Who time made me feel most comfortable with my fear of Dentist, she made my experience really nice. 3rd visit I met a young lady named Lola in the oral surgery department very informative she was, and explained everything answered all my questions and was very patient, and a young lady that I met in billing and treatment she was Chelsia was extremely sweet along with the office manager Gaby. Great experience.
