Do not go here. Sketchy behavior from billing department. Condescending staff, dismissive of my child's anxiety. Edit: Tried to call the business number given as a response to this review. Waited on hold for 30+ minutes only to get a voicemail and never got a call back. So much for that.

Stupid office , waiting for months to see the doctor, recieving call at the last moment: we have to cancel the appointment the doctor is not coming tomorrow

I haven't even been seen by a provider and I know it's a terrible place already. Why? Because I've had a referral for oral surgery approved about a month ago and have not talked to the "OS Scheduler" for 3 weeks to schedule my appointment. When I first called, they told me the scheduler wasn't in and that they haven't received my referral and that they will call me back. The following week I received no call and they told me they still don't have my referral and the scheduler isn't in again or is very busy and that they'll call me. The following week I call and was told that I wasn't in the system and they can't find my referral. I'm very annoyed by this time because they've been stringing me around for 2 weeks. The girl on the phone said it was strange that they kept telling me they'll call me when they didn't have anything on me (different girl from the first couple of times). She suggested to email my referral directly to the oral surgeon. I do and get a response saying that they're next available appointment isn't until around February 2021 and to call to schedule. I called Monday and they said "I guess our OS is gone for the day or left early, she'll call you tomorrow." What do they do? Not call. 3 weeks now without a call or appointment I decided to call my insurance. My insurance calls them directly and told me they had said "we already explained to her that our OS schedule hasn't come out for January yet and we told her we would call her around then." WHAT A LIE. I was never told that. Why not explain that to me the first time but lie when the insurance calls you. I was just given the run around for no reason! What a waste of my freaking time, thanks! I switched specialist because of this. Btw, the main girl who talked to me was Lucy I believe. She's not good.

So I brought my son to get his 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed. Since the beginning I new it was going to be a great experience, all of the receptionists were extremely nice over the phone and in person, their follow up was exceptional, the scheduling, the way they accommodate you based on your needs was super . If there's a concern with the healing they ask you to send a picture and the surgeon looks at it and they get back to you promptly, making sure you are taking care of. I will definitely recommend this place. Kudos to all of the staff there!

This place works with my daughter's schedule. The receptionists at the front like Emma are very very kind. She is very sweet and is so welcoming.

My appointment was today at 8:00am AND I got called back right away. I loved the treatment I received from all the staff especially Dr. Aida. And of course Lily was awesome explaining everything. Luda also checking up to see everything was going okay. I will definitely commute from Elk Grove to Citrus Heights just to see this specific doctor. And lovely ladies!
