Originally schedule appt and thought it was Major Smiles. Went to appt and paid cash and they were in thebbn process of changing the sign. Found out Dr Majors had retired and it was turning into Dental Care of Bryan. At that appt i saw a Dr V. He gave me options for my front tooth that had been almost knocked out by my horse yrs prior. I schedule the work to be done and go back to find another dentist was there as a temporary. I was not informed he was temp until he was almost thru with my procedure. Dr V had given me 2 options; to extract the tooth and make a partial with a floater tooth or an implant. When the temp dentist came in, he gave me another option of root canal and crown. Since it was a front tooth, i chose the root canal and crown. When i was informed he was only a temp dentist and the new dentist would be coming in, they had to finish my work before the new dentist came. I was still having discomfort months into it and the new dentist told me the tooth should have been extracted. I had wasted 5 months and alot of cash money with the root canal and crown. I was told they would pray and hope the tooth made it but probably wouldnt. I sorry but that was their mistake and i now would have to pay more for another option of extraction and adding that tooth on my partial, which i paid cash for that too. I truly felt betrayed because of that. The office personnel are great other than that but now i sit at home feeling....well....you get the picture.

The entire staff and the doctor was very professional and courteous. They treated me with care, concern, while being as friendly as possible. They took note of my cancer and we're very considerate of my limitations.

I received a Zoom whitening here and the hygienists were caring, thorough, and kind. Shout out to Jordyn for the great service, my teeth have never looked better!

Best bedside manner I have ever encountered as it feels genuine. Every staff member was friendly, professional, accommodating, and adept at their jobs. Couldn't have asked for more. Cheers!

Went in for a emergency check up and they where where nice and were careful sence I was in pain the only thing that sucked was the xray but that always sucks they did a great job all around.

Great experience, everyone is friendly and professional. Jordan did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Ryan was insightful and informative. I especially liked seeing the 3D scan of my teeth, very cool! I look forward to coming back.

I have struggled to find a dentist that I liked in town that was also in my network. I had my first visit today and left very happy and satisfied. I had enjoyable conversations with the dental hygienist and the doctor. All together it was totally pain free and great. I'll definitely be going back.

I got an appointment the very next day after calling. All team members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ryan took time to carefully examine my X-rays and teeth and to discuss treatment options with me. Follow-up scheduling was easy and quick. Definitely recommend Dental Care of Bryan!

Dental Care of Bryan is the new dental practice taking over Major Smiles and their patients. First visit with Dr. Thomas Ryan and staff went extremely well. Great friendly customer service.

I recently started goin the Dental Care of Bryan after my dentist retired. Having quite a bit of work done and i really am enjoying Dr. Ryan! He is very thorough and really listens to patients concerns! He will now be my permanent dentist!

I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist appt! Everyone is so incredible, from Haleigh receptionist being so nice, Christina the dental hygienist being so comforting and amazing to talk to, Jordan the hygienist being so informative, the Dentist Mr Thompson being just awesome and loved hearing about his family, and last Todd being wonderful, as he helped settle my insurance issue. I will definitely bring the rest of my family and make sure everyone else I know uses them for their dental health!! Thank you all again!

Terrible experience.. I left with more issues than I came in with and I paid out of pocket only to come to terms that it was a waste of money. I needed a specific tooth filled that has a hole in it and the dentist said it didn't need to be filled. I went along with his suggestion because I thought maybe the dentist knows best.. boy was I wrong. 463 dollars wasted.. should I pay another $263 to only hope my teeth get fixed? I don't even remember the dentist introducing himself properly. I don't even know his name. I have not been able to chew in peace since I left! It has been a month! I'm mad.
